Stayed at JS Alcudi-Mar for the second time and loved it again! Very good rooms, comfortable and clean. Buffet breakfast and dinner were delicious with lots of options. The staff were friendly and attentive. Location is perfect, very close to the beach and bus station. Highly recommend!

An underrated hotel, it offers an exceptional stay with its spacious, clean rooms and professional staff. The food is top-notch and the location is excellent, near bus station and a lovely sandy beach. I definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to returning!

The staffs were amazing! The receptionist, Nur was always so helpful, presented care and made us feel familiar. She was also so patience and professional. The restaurant staffs were working so hard to keep up with the crowed rush under breakfast and dinner to provide high level of service without break. About the buffet breakfast and dinner the selection and the quantitiy were huge and lot. The room attendent ladies done everyday an amazing job! Cleaned the room, hoovered and moped the floor, changed towels and refreshed the bathroom. The hotel was extremly clean, the room were perfect! The bed was so comfortable! The swimming pool was always clean and tidy! All of our respect to them to keep up this hard work continiously!

The food selection was extremly huge what is a good things until did not effect negatively on the quality. Maybe its just our taste but if you say Russian salad, Snitzel or any other nationality food, it should be kept it as its the original recepies not to changed for unrecognisable way. Should be more presented the allergies on the food description.

Good location of the hotel, varied food in the restaurant. Our room was cleaned by a wonderful girl Karima, special thanks to her for the cleanliness.

There were only 3 minuses for us. There was no kettle in the room. We had to go down to the bar for hot water every time. The bed was too soft. After a week of staying there was severe back pain. The third minus was the waitress in the restaurant. Unfortunately, we were not able to read her name from the pager completely, as she moved around the room very quickly. We only saw that the name began with "Al". We kindly ask you to talk to her, because she was very rude to visitors and this concerned not only us, but we also saw how rude and unfriendly she was to other visitors. It felt like she was a warden in prison. It was very unpleasant to be in the restaurant. The rest of the staff was just super!

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this place! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The staff were incredibly polite, helpful, and always made us feel welcome. The accommodation itself was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully designed — truly felt like a home away from home. The food was exceptional, with a great variety of delicious dishes. Every meal felt like a treat! The atmosphere was lively and fun, especially the night parties — great music, friendly people, and just the right vibe to enjoy and unwind after a day of exploring. I honestly couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for the perfect mix of comfort, good food, and great energy!

Location is very close (about 200m) to the beach, small super market is 50m away, bus station to airport etc. is about 100m away. Great food; always fresh and healthy options, kind staff.

Our room was facing the main street, which is very noisy from about 6am to 10pm. So we did not spent much time at the balcony and ear plugs for sleeping are highly recommended. Alcudia (not the hotel itself) has a big problem with a disgusting smell, usually from late evening till morning. Often I woke up and thought I am in the middle of a clarification plant. The evening shows were okay. Maybe the sound device needs an upgrade. Charging 4.5 EUR each day for using a safe and having to carry a key for it is expensive and not handy at all.

While all the employees were referring us to talk to manager and we’re sure we can find a solution for our situation, it seemed like manager hasn’t even tried to look into it. We were family of 4 : 2 adults and 2 kids. We couldn’t get an upgrade due to fully booked hotel (fair enough) but our rooms were not next to each other. Perhaps this could’ve been solved. And also we really needed late check out due to late flight and kids.. and I have a strong feeling that it was possible and the manager just didn’t want to bother.

I stayed in seaside view room 😃The hotel matches the stated description. Breakfast and dinner are quite varied. The staff is excellent and helpful with any questions. The stay at the hotel left positive impressions😃

Cosmetics in bathroom(no conditioner for hair and body cream ), only 2 small bottles of water.

We love that the hotel was close to the beach and easy access to different calas The food was good and they had different options every day It was modern and clean and staff was very friendly and helpful

We didn’t like the cleaning lady that was assigned to our room We found her very rude and disrespectful towards us Which we believe it wasn’t appropriate way to treat customers as we came to enjoy our vacation

Facilities were wonderful and all of the staff were amazing …nothing was too hard and they went over and above.

There were no issues with the property. I think the dinner buffet could have had a little more variety in terms of the hot meal options and now at JS Palma they have more meats / fishes to cook fresh.
