Location and the beach are fantastic and the day reception team is over friendly.

Night Shift was not ready to help us taking our luggage’s to the room even though it was raining and we had to use the street to reach the other building as all connecting doors were closed. The most disappointing thing is the restaurant staff. Non of them smiled even one time during our 10 days stay and the only answer they had was always “NO” to all requests. We were not allowed to add a chair to a 4 seat table even though we were 5 people and they were not ready to attached to tables for us. It was a disaster - like robots! The most unfriendly restaurant staff I have ever met. Nobody trained them to be friendly to paying customers and not act like machines but use some human sense!

Amazing beach, great views, reception was amazing, gym was great, lots of good stuff at this hotel.

I didn't like the kids songs playing outside but that's par for course at places like this. There were also some mosquito problems but it wasn't horrible. The restaurant was needlessly expensive but it's typical for a buffet at a decent hotel.

The location of the hotel was perfect...close to lots of shops in town and most importantly for me, directly on the beautiful beach. The view from the room was excellent (side sea view room). The resort was very clean and well kept. The spa is a must visit...I got a facial and foot massage that were just fantastic.

Not much to not like to be honest, but a couple things to note. It would be great to have a tea kettle or coffee machine in the room. I love to have a cup of coffee on the balcony upon waking up. Hair dryer in the room could use an upgrade - not very powerful and you had to hold the power button for it to work the whole time. If you have a lot of/thick hair this could be a pain. As I was travelling alone, to getaway and relax, I did get some odd looks and comments from the staff at the main restaurant/buffet which made me feel out of place (as if they couldn't believe someone was travelling alone). These items are definitely not deal breakers, just things to take note of. I would absolutely visit the property again!

The property is very beautiful and has its own private beach. The breakfast and dinner buffet were amazing and service was excellent. The location is ideal to explore the north part of Mallorca island. They have multiple outdoor swimming pools and one small indoor heated pool. They organized a lot of events for kids and it's the perfect destination for the family. The best part was watching sunrise !

The spa and jacuzzi close at 18:00 which is too early. We also requested a blanket to reception multiple times, but it never arrived 😕 The coffee machine and electric kettle were not available in the room which are nowadays an essential thing.

It was very clean, in a lovely position with the beach so close, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful.

For the catering it was varied, but the fish options were quite limited, and not easy to keep food hot by time we had queued to get to the meat/fish section. Obviously it very difficult to keep things hot in a buffet situation, but some thought could go into managing that a bit better. Also I would say the desert selection could be less choice and more focused on nicer options than a lot of cakes that looked shop bought not made.

the facility is beautiful and it’s always possible to find a spot to relax around the pools in the big green area surrounding the buildings, the pools, the beautiful beach close by, the kindness of the staff at breakfast and dinner, the great buffet and variety of the food and the entertainment for kids

the apartments should be renovated as they are not at the same level of the rest of the resort. lots of ants all over the apartment all the time from the moment we checked in. coming from cracks in the wall, between panels etc. the personnel cleaning the apartment do really their best but this is a systemic problem. we had a bad experience with the airport transfer organized for us and got no help from the person at the reception at that time risking us to lose the plane.

location is amazing, right on the beach with soft yellow sand, the sea is gorgeous turquoise, ever so slight gradual descent and as a result you have meters and meters of safe waters for swimming and splashing for the whole family, the hotel's territory is really big, equipped with absolutely everything (several outdoor and indoor pools, kids club, sports facilities including bicycle rental, spa, several restaurants/cafes/bars, gaming room, supermarket, even co-working space with a small library), the food variety is broad, all food was fresh and delicious, a lot of healthy choices

struggling to remember any drawback, perhaps entertainment programme in the evening could be a bit more diverse but it id not bother us at all, in fact our child danced at every single one of the evening performances, both for children and grown-ups later

Location

Zero flexibility to adapt to client needs and our apartment with lateral view didn’t have any view. The nice team at the reception offer the chance to change to another apartment in the middle of our vacation which we kindly denied since we have two little kids with all the logistics to change rooms. Instead we asked to leave our room a few hours later due to our flight and there was no flexibility without extra charges despite paying a premium for an apartment with lateral view and starting our vacation only one day later from what was planned due to flight issues etc. Nevertheless we really enjoyed the hotel, staff and location. We wrote an internal email and still have no reply. Perhaps here we might meet heard

Family hotel 4 stars very clean and modern with direct access to the beach. Appartements were renovated in 2025 (do correspond with photos posted on the website and booking) Staff is polite and kids friendly. Food is delicious. We took half board option: drinks are for free during breakfast and should be paid separately during the dinner (for ex: bottle of still water = 3.35 EUR; bottle of Mallorcan wine 29 EUR; prices for june 2025) Several swimming pools outside + 1 swimming pool inside (heated and kids accepted) Huge indoor playground for kids for all ages. Very appreciated 👏. Nice outdoor playground for kids > 2 years old. If you are looking for a quite place without kids, you should check for another hotel (adults only as an option) In front of the hotel you can find shops, restaurants, drugstore & car rental. Will come back again for sure.

The person responsible for the luggage storage could be more friendly with guests 😉

Location and cleanliness.

The shower unit was poor quality. The shower screen was too small, and having a shower flooded the bathroom. Information leaflet stated strictly no reservation of sunbeds. we adhered to this on our first day and could not get a bed with a shade.Beds with towels on and no people until mid afternoon. I queried this at reception and was told it was ok to reserve with a towel from 7am. I then had to join 6.30 sunbed march. It spoilt our holiday.
