Really nice and comfortable hotel near Platja de Muro! Delicious breakfasts with big variety of meals, kind and helpful staff, the room has all necessary utensils and equipment. The restaurant meals were also tasteful. Swimming pool has a different depths - from 1,60 to 2,10 meters, with the shallow separate pool for kids. The big advantage of this hotel is its location - is really silent during the night, despite busy street just in 5 minutes walk towards the beach.

The sofa beds aren't very comfortable - it would be better to change the mattresses for these like in bedrooms. Everything beyond that was fine!

The room is comfortable, the staff was very helpful, the bathroom is clean, breakfast varied and fresh, ok to walk to the beach. The beach and water are really beautiful for the family. The pool at the hotel has really nice water and clean.

The town is dirty, a lot of chinese products shops. We had some issues with dust in the room when we arrived, but only because we are sensitive to dust and I am super meticulous about that, and it was cleaned by the stuff.

The swimming pool area was nice and there were always enough sun loungers. Staff were very friendly and the breakfast was excellent.

The hotel does not have many facilities other than the swimming pool for kids and a single table tennis table. The kitchen is very small and does not have many accessories so not great if you want self catering. The area has a lovely beach and plenty of restaurants but is very touristy! Also expect many mosquitoes in the evenings. We stayed in July and paid quite high prices so did not think it was good value for money overall.

We loved the pool, snack bar, breakfast, the decor in the hotel.. As much as we love Playa de Muro beach, we stayed by the pool most days as it was so relaxing. Most of the staff were great. We were very impressed with the water refill stations. The whole complex was very clean.

The bedsheets were a bit hard. The sunloungers by the pool could do with a wash. The songs playlist was very Limited at the snack bar and we would have liked more music to suit all ages and taste.

Beach was great, really warm and inviting sea, soft sand, as good as any I have ever visited. Pool was very warm, no problem getting a sunbed at any time of day, also very quiet, our apartment was just a few steps away but with patio doors shut we could hardly hear anything. All Staff very helpful and friendly throughout. Reasonably priced and well stocked Spar shop a 2 minute walk at most. Drinking water on tap a massive win which was unexpected

Nothing, but if being very picky, the bacon wasn't great but that is the case whenever being abroad, but overall the buffet breakfast had a great selection of just about everything. Didn't eat in the hotel in the evening so can't comment but seemed reasonably priced, but as was so quiet we just ate at nearby restaurants which were all very good, burger and chips about 7 euros if you want cheap, but can get a great Fillet steak at nearby Smiths for 21E, or a bit more elsewhere

The hotel was spotlessly clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, the beds were comfortable and we had a lovely pool view. The hotel is only a 5 minute walk from the beach and there are lots of shops and restaurants close by. We enjoyed the breakfast each morning and there was a good choice of food and juices. It was great to have cold water stations around the hotel which saved us buying water from the shop and carrying it back to the room.

1) The staff is friendly and helpful. 2) The breakfast and dinner buffet were excellent. 3) Nice room with good beds. 4) Superb quality/price ratio. 5) Well equipped kitchenette. 6) Great bathroom. 7) Great location for hiking trips in the area.

1) It took a bit long before the defect bed lamp was replaced. 2) The cleaning of the floor was sometimes a bit shaky. 3) The sofa was not very comfortable. 4) To be surrounded by smoking people, obviously that is beyond the influence of Elisa.

Plastic free and free water is absolutely amazing!! Position is perfect for the beach and the apartment is very comfortable also for an infant with comfortable bedding and sofa and a nice balcony overlooking the swimming pool..The view to the lake from the breakfast area is gorgeous!

Cleaning service at 12 when you are preparing food for the kid is not recommandable :)

Overall, we loved our stay: extremely friendly stuff, comfortable amenities, good food and swimming pool.

Mosquitos. There is a lake very close to the property. I assume, that this is the reason for many mosquitos especially in the evenings. Take spray against them ;)

- Wide selection of food for breakfast. The food was mostly tasty. - Room was spacious (we had one bedroom apt). - Location was good. 5-10 minutes walking to the closest beach. Variety of shops and restaurants nearby. - Street parking is available free of charge right in front of the hotel and in general in the city. - Our kids liked the pools. One of them was shallow and another one had about 2m deep. It's not that big but we never saw it overcrowded.

- Nothing changed on breakfast from day to day. Even a slight change would make more fun for the long stay. - Cleaning had some space for improvement. We always observed some sand/dust on the floor. It didn't go really bad though. - Furniture was cheap with some squeaks and noises when used. We don't think this is to be improved as it just reflects the price we paid for the stay. - AC control units made some plastic rattling noises from time to time. It can be annoying at night time. We observed that in both rooms. - The city is located close to swamps which means mosquitoes are everywhere at evening times. This is not a problem of the particular hotel, but it's something to keep in mind when you plan a travel to Muro.
