The apartments were perfect! Spacious and had everything we needed. A group of 9 of us went so we split 3 per room. Beds were comfy and towels changed often. The staff were great, the guy who checked us in very late on our arrival night had limited English and I had limited Spanish but he was so helpful and so kind!! The apartments are in a great location, on a Main Street but hidden away and very quiet. My Granda came with us and he loved how close everything was as he could walk to the shops/ bars/ restaurants. We felt very safe here. Debs Diner by the pool was great we ate there for breakfast/ lunch most days and went for a short walk for dinners to some fab restaurants only 5 mins walk away. The pool was perfect, so quiet and never a fight for a sunbed there was always spare. Great value for money at apartmentos oceano!

We've stayed at Oceano Appartments many times over the years. The location is perfect and the apartments are aways spotlessly clean and fresh. Large, airy and well maintained. Also tastefully decorated with a nicely presented modern kitchen area. Good sized bathroom with an excellent shower. Aways plenty of clean towels. The beds are very comfortable with lovely pure white bed linen. The apartment complex is complimented by a lovely pool and good quality sunbeds with easy access to the excellent Debs Diner in the corner. Staff as a group were very friendly and helpful. All in all a very pleasant stay and we shall definitely return.

The staff were friendly, good location, we had to upgrade (costing 150 euros) because of a poor view, however the room we were given was really lovely

I didn't like being told that we had to upgrade because they had no other rooms like the original one we'd paid for. This seemed particularly puzzling when the place was less than half full

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, had everything we needed. Staff were lovely and helpful, loved hearing the cleaner singing as she worked. Pool area was clean and plenty of sunbeds. Loved Debs pool bar, didn't partake in any food but it smelled lovely, would definitely book again, great as a base.

Not much atmosphere around the pool area, no music and not allowed to play any and the pool was freezing 🥶 (not a bad thing when you want to cool off, better if you jump straight in 😁). Bar shuts at 8pm so can't get a nightcap but we understood that it's a pool bar and there's lots of others close by.

Large deluxe studio on 2nd floor (209). Sun all day but shade at rear of large terrace. Shower over bath. Uk tv channels. Electric bbq plate on terrace. Good ceiling fan, no ac. On site cafe bar very reasonable. Good food, mostly British. 24 hour reception. Great location. Whilst we were there no problem with sunbeds around pool and accommodation was full. Apartments on ground floor had sunbeds.

Some of towels and bed linen need replacing. If one cannot flush loo paper (as requested) then bin provided should be emptied daily.

Location was first class, right in the hub of everything but we were not disturbed by any noise. We were welcomed by a very friendly receptionist who informed us that our room was ready at 12pm instead of 4pm. This was very welcome as we were staying in accommodation on another resort and couldn't wait to get out! We were blown away at the size, cleanliness and modern decor of the apartment. It was well equipped and had a ceiling fan, which meant having no air con didn't bother us. There was a large TV with some English channels, which is nice when you fancy a siesta There is a great pool area, with adequate sunbeds, Debs diner which had a great menu of British classics. No parking but lots on the road outside or further down the road, which was all free.

We were in room 007 and there was a privacy issue for us as everyone who walked past our room could see in, directly to our bed. It could do with some blinds or privacy glass.

Great central location. Basic apartments, but clean and had everything you needed. No aircon but you could hire a fan. Easy check in. Cafe on site (independent from hotel) was reasonably priced and the food was good. We had breakfast there most days. Small pool area but a real sun trap. No issue with getting a sunbed.

Pool didn't open until 9 which was a bit annoying as I wake up early.

The location was perfect close to two beaches and all the bars and restaurants Well equipped always hot water and very very clean.

My room overlooked the road at the side of the property. A bit noisy with deliveries to a large hotel. The bonus was the balcony got the sun in the morning very pleasant to sit and have relaxed breakfast.

The location couldn't have been any more central in Teguise. It was perfect: Bars, shops, restaurants and the beach all at your doorstep, within a 5 minute walk. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The food at the poolside snack bar was unreal and very reasonably priced. The pool itself was perfect for a dip and quiet during the day for lazing around reading a book. The rooms were very comfortable and perfect size for what we needed. TV had over 100 channels, plenty of them English speaking for keeping up with the news. When we told the receptionist it was our first time staying in the Oceano she said "it won't be your last" and she was definitely spot-on
