Staff extremely friendly especially restaurant staff and bar. Facilities very nice and clean. Swimming pools nice and not too overcrowded.

Laundry/drying rack on the balcony was a bit dirty also tv remote control otherwise everything else spotless clean.

Everything second stay staff are good fun looks like they are having fun and make sure you are too / rare these days Mario just one person I met Italian great

Since it was a family-oriented hotel, we were afraid that it might be very loud in the evening, but it was pretty quiet and comfortable. Our room included a very big balcony, so it was really great to watch the beautiful sunset every evening. It was also pretty clean and tidy inside. The staff was friendly and always happy to help.

The restaurant, which serves breakfast and dinner, is really big. Since there are so many kids, the stuff can't clean dishes and tables very fast because there are a lot of kids and their parents, and the kids are throwing away a lot of food on the floor. Sometimes it looks very chaotic and messy. Because it's an open buffet, kids can bite a piece of cupcake and put it back on the buffet table. A lot of food, unfortunately, didn't have a taste.

A very nice spacious apartment…pool area lovely and breakfast superb…I have never seen so much choice at breakfast time from 5 or 6 different types of yoghurts to all sorts of bread cakes and pastries

The only problem I always have is being a vegetarian and no dishes have a label with the ingredients listed and I am sure if you have a nut allergy this would be imperative

Had a fantastic family holiday. Everything was exceptional. Great for kids with the water slides and daytime/evening entertainment. Highly recommended

We found the hot dinner options were limited but we had the choice to have lunch instead and go out for dinner

The toilet seat had a chip in it, the panel.around the shower screen had rust on it there was marks on the wall and in general the room looked tired compared to the first time we went in 2019

Food was excellent - don't listen to the 'chips with everything' reviews. The food choices are first class. Location of the hotel is perfect. Nice walks to the beach and shops/cafés.

An excellent place for families and allows parents to relax as there is lots on offer to capture kids attention and the pool area is fantastic. The breakfast options were great, the property was clean and the staff were all welcoming and attentive.

- The pool bar could have some cocktails pre-mixed ready to go and there could be some self serve options available at the bar to reduce queuing. Did find that after queueing to collect food then had a second queue to pay so could have someone taking payments on the food side to help serve faster. - could be some upkeep/improvement to the tennis court area - visited with teens which is harder to get them to go to the clubs etc. could help to have some interaction with families that have older kids by the pool regularly to help encourage into activities all of these are small points and definitely wouldn’t stop us from visiting here again. we had a great stay!

Really good location, pedestrian access to superb sandy beach (yes golden sand) and nearby shops and agents for Trips and Explorations.

We can’t fault the property. It was just right for old timers like us, quiet, private, and yet so family friendly. The children loved it. Daisy club gives the Mums a break. The food was prolific, varied, delicious - quite unlike some other experiences where the menu can be somewhat repetitive. Not the case here. Some reviews have said the food wasn’t hot. We did not find that to be a problem. And the staff were universally friendly.

Family suite was perfect for a family of two adult and two small children. The terrace was very spacious. We booked half board, and ate breakfast and lunch at the restaurant everyday and take away from nearby restaurants at night.
