Buffet food was good, plenty of choice. Swimming pools were vast and clean, plenty of sunbeds available. The little mini golf course is a nice touch. We hired a car and the parking at the hotel was secure and easy to get in and out of. Reception staff were always on hand and helpful as were the staff in the buffet area. The kids mini disco was really good, our daughter loved it. I also loved that there a 2 lots of swimming pools on either side of the hotel, on one side was quiet and calm and the other side had entertainment and music which gives a great choice for guests. The room was lovely, comfortable and was cleaned everyday. WiFi is free and realible. Location is good, shops all around and beach isn't far.

The only thing I would say is there isn't a lot of child friendly features at the swimming pools. There is a child swimming pool with the big mushroom umbrella which wasn't on everyday for some reason. However, its limited compared to other hotels we've stayed in, no slides or anything of that nature. In the room, an actual double bed would have been great as opposed to two single beds put together.

The resort is really well maintained and staff are friendly. Lots of activities for kids, loved being able to book a massage in the small resort beauticians. The location is great. The apartments were clean although I have no idea why the TV is on a tiny wall beside the balcony doors instead of the large wall directly facing the sofa.

The food was okay, the restaurants just didn't flow well in terms of placement of everything and the offerings were just ok.There was nothing wow about the food. The snack bar could have had more healthy choices of snacks especially for kids. Just lots of chips, burgers, hotdogs. The apartments are clean but no dish towels or dish soap was provided. I had to ask for toilet rolls a few times as they were not replenished when needed. The pillows are crap but the mattress is comfy.

Excellent hotel to go to with small children. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Food catered for all needs young old and those with allergies. There’s a quiet and noisy pool which was so restful to get away from the busy resort. Plenty of activities.

The opening time of the restaurant at lunch wasn’t till 1pm and with very young children they needed to eat earlier so a noon opening for lunch even with a reduced menu would have been ideal

Clean, great location, 2 different swimming pools are great, fun mini golf, close to nature (cool tress and birds sigging in the morning).

Gym had only 3 exercise mats, in the morning it was quite busy (and it's Dec), cable machine was a bit too rusty. Breakfast had only tomato as a vegetable and I'm not a vegan, but I work in a health and fitness industry, and care about quality of food I eat. I guess for less health concerned people it will do. Lunch seemed always better than dinner, if you choose between one or the other!

All inclusive food very good & lots of choices. Liked the Chinese restaurant. Great choice of pools. Lots of sun beds. Really impressed with our junior suite & terrace on the ground floor with a view over the quiet pool area. Nice touch of bottle of Prosecco, chocolates & pool towels provided in the suite. The entertainment staff were very good & enthusiastic. Our 5 year old granddaughter enjoyed the kids nightly discos. Plenty of entertainment round the pools. We particularly liked the fact there were 2 pool areas, one without music if a quieter day was preferred.

Can’t think of anything we disliked.

The staff was very welcoming and friendly all the time. We were able to do a super early check in when we arrived which we very much appreciated, as much as the free upgrade to all-inclusive. The food was good at the buffet. We enjoyed the 2 different pools where one was a bit quieter and the other had more action for kids. Overall great amenities for kids, disco, mini-golf, playground.

Biggest issue- we booked a junior sweet for a separate bed for our 4year old kid. The ‘couch’ in the living room was the most unsuitable and uncomfortable thing we have ever seen. Our kid got hurt several times by the metal(!) Bars that were supposed to be the back support. No way anyone could sleep on that- very disappointing. We had ants everywhere inside, walls were not sealed properly and they just streamed in. Cleanliness was just ok, big hair balls on the balcony that weren’t ours. Bathroom mirror was clean also different hairballs in the bathroom. The room in general is outdated, lots of chips and cracks on the floor and in the doors.

The food was really tasty with lots of variety every day – we always looked forward to mealtimes! Our room was cleaned daily and always spotless. The staff were absolutely amazing – so friendly, always smiling, and really went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The location was also great, just a short walk from the beach and everything we needed nearby.

Los Zocos has all the facilities you would need on site, lots of good food options too, very friendly chefs and helpful staff. Entertainment and activities throughout the day and night. Love everything about Los Zocos. This is our 5th time returning and we will return again next year!

Sometimes you can’t get seats for the evening entertainment because the venue is full, resort can’t control this, so just be sure to get your seats early to avoid disappointment :)

Very clean, great family hotel, plenty to do. Food basic for kids if they don't like salads or trying new foods. But Food for adults was lovely and good selection of fish/salads and meats.

Most of the staff were absolutely fabulous. There was one, who really honestly thought we were beneath him. But look otherwise had a great time. Only other thing was the beds, very uncomfortable.

Kids club entertainers, Maxi club very good addition ,Daily cleaning first class. Food great, liked the oriental restaurant as an additional option. Pools clean and sun beds fresh. Reception staff very friendly and professional. Restaurant greeting staff were so friendly and made it really easy to find a suitable table. Highly recommend.

Pillows were uncomfortable. The sofa beds were ok for kids, but not great for adults.
