Have stayed with Port Elche hotel 4 times over the last 2years.

I am afraid to say the food let’s the proper down. Poor selection and frankly not great quality. Portions were small when you had to select from the set menu. Breakfast was not great example of a few things, fresh fruit was certainly not freshly prepared that morning, the scrambled eggs were not wholly cooked, bacon discussing, no proper sausage, fried eggs were swimming in grease. That’s sad because it looks like the hotel is trying to cut as many corners as possible. The waiting on staff were more than fully stretched trying to serve a fairly full restaurant. Just one other example of dinner, no one told us we could order and pay from the A la. Carte menu which only found out about from another guest.

Modern smart hotel in a business park, selected for it's proximity (10 minute drive) to Alicante-Eleche Airport for an early morning flight the next day. The room was clean and spacious - good bathroom and large walk-in shower. We ate in the restaurant, as there is little choice nearby due to the business park location - and the food was good quality and competitively priced. We were leaving too early to have breakfast there. We didn't pay for parking (we weren't sure if it was free and we weren't asked to pay) - which was underground and appeared secure.

The bed was very hard.

This hotel is really comfortable with nice and friendly staff. The restaurant had a wide range of dishes and offered good value for the money. The room was comfortable and there were good parking facilities. The reception staff was really welcoming and said we could contact them 24 hours. The bar seemed very nice. There is a sauna. We really recommend this nice and modern hotel!

The hotel is probably a business hotel for the companies in the area. I.e. the surroundings do not offer Seaview etc, but the hotel indeed offers relaxation for travellers needing a good night's sleep after a good meal.

Convenient location for the airport. Rooms are a decent size. Breakfast begins at 07:00 PM which is good when flying from Alicante in the early morning. The breakfast was good with a good selection of hot and cold food. The restaurant itself is bright and specious.

We were allocated room number 140 located on the first floor above the main entrance of the hotel. We found this room to be noisy from the reception / bar area and people stood outside smoking. There was traffic noise through the night from the road running past the front of the hotel.

Booked here last minute when norovirus caused me to miss my planned flight, and the staff was excellent! They allowed me to check in early in the morning (but this may be unusual) and gave me a very quiet room to avoid the New Years parties. I normally stay at much lower-budget hotels, but this was lovely and great for the price. There is a regular bus line to the airport that stops outside the hotel as well as taxi services.

I tried to get some simpler food for my stomach at the restaurant but could only order the €12 full meal, most of which I could not eat.

Second time staying here Very nice place to stay, all the staff are great helpful and polite. This time, we had a room that overlooked the pool.area, which looked lovely. Would not hesitate to rebook. Loads of free parking around the hotel. As I mentioned in my last review, the hotel seems to be in the middle of an industrial estate, and therefore, there does not seem to be a lot around to see or do, if you was thinking of booking an extended stay here it might be an issue depending on what you wanted, but for 1 or 2 night stay it is peferct.

The hotel is fine, we just stayed one night as our flight was late and we couldn’t pick our car to continue our trip. But it is not first time I am booking this hotel. Staff is very friendly at the reception.

I really didn’t like about this hotel is the restaurant. I know we were late to check in, but they saying that restaurant is open until 11pm. We was there 20min before and staff member was kind of rude and refused to serve us. And we could see another people still waiting for the order to come.

The staff was absolutely friendly and caring. I travelled with a disable child, and they treated by son with so much caring, was just amazing. The room was big and had everything. The biggest surprise was how good the restaurant was!!! We had lunch and also the buffet on dinner, and the staff helped me to accomodate my child specific needs that includes food selectivity. The food was amazing, we coundt be happier with our stay.

The stuff were very helpful and kind My flight was at 10pm where I had to leave my room at 12am we stayed in the pool until 4pm we had our lunch from outside the hotel the delivery bought our food next to the door we had the access to the gym bathroom and changing rooms than we took the bus to the airport it was a great experience

My room was on the ground floor where I had to hold my languages but during check out the receptionist was very helpful

The food was delicious and good quality, such a wide range for breakfast, the lunch and evening three course meal choices were good and the staff were attentive, professional and knowledgable and polite. Even the olive oil and balsamic vinegar bottles were kept clean and free from finger prints which was so nice. The whole building was so clean and smelled lovely, so open and spacious yet also cosy and plush; such a lovely balance. I loved being able to walk around the landings. The gym was sufficient and the sauna hot. The pool was very lovely too. The staff on the front desk were so helpful with regard to anything at all, including advice with buses, booking taxis etc. The bar manager/tender was professional and lovely too. The room was cleaned to perfection each day. It was good to have the mini bar especially as we arrived 2am so was able to have a beer and water and the prices were excellent throughout the hotel for everything. The sofas were so comfy. The bedroom had a beautiful shower room and the storage and lay out was wonderful, with a big tv and comfy cuddle chair. The bed was extremely comfortable and the hotel was quiet at night. We really loved our stay there. Thank you so much for making everything perfect.

I know its not standard practice for Spain but I would have loved the pool to have been heated so that I could have used it when the outside air temperature was cold. I also would have liked kettle/tea and coffee in the room but this is because this is what I'm used to in UK and as this is not part of Spanish hotel culture it was totally acceptable not to have this. There was nothing to fault. The only reason the location score was not highest is because there was nothing to walk out to and we had to rely on transport but again, this was also a positive in a way because we got to enjoy a slower pace and all the hotel had to offer which was the best!
