At breakfast time, the front attendant wasn’t there, when she showed up, asked in a very rude and unpleasant way, what was my room number. It really made me feel I was stealing the food.

This is a perfect stay on the way to Sierra Nevada. The bus stop is 50 meters away, and Mercadona, Lidl, Aldi, and McDonalds are within a 3-minute walk. The location is just superb! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Also, I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast. Normally, in Spanish hotels, there is not much to choose from, but here, you can have a wide selection of meals (eggs, yogurt, granola, cereal, vegetables, meats, and cheese, pastry). Plus, 24/7 coffee and juice machines were a nice bonus.

The only thing I can think of is a soundproof. If you have neighbors, you will hear everything in the next room. It would be nice to have earplugs with you)

Our room was located near the bus station, surrounded by plenty of shops and restaurants. The city center was easily accessible, with a bus stop just a 2-minute walk from the accommodation. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. The 24-hour coffee machine and vending machine in the lobby were a great touch for guests, and the option to store luggage after check-out was very convenient.

The room was quite warm, and the heating system was a bit challenging to figure out.

This hotel is very close to the bus station which was super useful for us. Also receptionists were nice. They helped us when we go back to the hotel after our check-out because we left some stuff.

We liked the location, next to the bus station, bus-stop and metro station. The staff were very friendly and helpful, they were willing to give directions and show the places we wanted to visit on the city map. They ordered Blablacar for us and even recommended a Flamenco show and a nearby hairdresser's. The room was very clean every day and the most pleasant thing was that we could have free coffee in the lobby any time of the day.

These hotels are always amazing. This one is no exception. For what you get I guess it's good value for money though prices are getting steep these days. Breakfast is fab. This hotel is really handy for the bus station, being right next to it. That may well make up for it being so far out. We found a lovely Chinese restaurant close by so although the surroundings aren't exactly picturesque, there are facilities and a bus or tram takes you into the centre in no time. I was very pleased to be given a ground floor room. This was a massive plus for me as some hotels ignore my request for a lower floor room (not for mobility reasons but due to my anxiety issues).

For our purposes (we wanted to be close to the bus station the next day), there was nothing we didn't like.

Room was spacious. Bed was OK. Bathroom was spacious with a walk-in shower and good hot water. View of the Sierra Nevada mountains was great. The complimentary coffee and hot chocolate near reception was appreciated. Although hotel is a few kilometres from the centre, the bus stop is almost in front of the hotel. Bus 33 takes you into the centre in 20 mins. We bought a bono bus card on the first bus we caught. Cost of 2 euro for the card and we topped it up with 5 euro. It’s 44 cents per trip. There were many restaurants, bars and supermarkets nearby

There was no kettle in the room to make a cup of tea. There were no English channels or streaming apps on the TV

Pablo and Alvaro were very exceptional , kind and accommodating in providing directions on touring Grenada and The Alhambra, taxi, metro, restaurants and shops and of course fresh orange juice. 24 hour tea, 5 coffee varieties, water and juice Loved the bath Perfect location, close to supermarkets, bus and metro station just 1 minute walk away. Breakfast was superb. Will certainly visit again and stay in B and B.

The hotel had modern minimalist lines. The room was spacious and clean with a high end well appointed en suite bathroom. The café area next to reception was very spacious. Good quality barista coffee and tea were available 24/7. Buffet breakfast offered had a good range of choice including some hot options. The staff were very welcoming and helpful eg in advising public transport to the Alhambra.

Nothing comes to mind

For one night it was OK, but nothing special. The staff was very friendly and very nice , the room was average clean and you can park in the garage for 10e a day which I find great. Across the street you have a couple of stores to buy food or drinks.

In the room was really warm, it was really hard to fall asleep. In the bathroom, the whole wall where the sink is was extremely warm (i think there are some kind of heating pipes going through the wall). Because of that the whole room was like in summer days , there is an AC regulator which I turned on but it did not work. In the morning after leaving our room, we said to reception that in the room was really hot and they said that they dont turn the AC until sommer, if you turn the regulator that it heats. That is something they need to mention before or maybe put some sign right to AC regulator.
