The location of the apartment is excellent! Multiple grocery stores, ATMs and cultural/historical sites are within a short distance from the apartment. I received multiple text messages prior to my arrival instructing me how to gain entry into the building and a list of tourist sights in the area. Katherina was wonderful! She met me a the front door of the apartment building and personally explained to me how to gain entry into the building and apartment, how to activate the smart panel in the apartment, how to use the on site washer/dryer unit, and provided me a list of some of her favorite restaurants in the area. Katherina answered all of my questions and helped me arrange transportation during my stay in Granada. I stayed in a one bedroom apartment on the top floor with multiple windows so the natural light was fantastic! I also had a private terrace. The interior design of the apartment is lovely with many unusual touches. The kitchen was well-equipped and coffee, tea and hot chocolate packets were provided. The apartment had multiple electrical outlets for charging and the WiFi signal was strong and consistent.

I am a light sleeper and I was in Granada during Holy Week so there were many people visiting and everything was crowded. There is a popular bar/restaurant on the ground floor of the apartment building that was very noisy at night, especially on the weekends. Even with the windows closed, there was a lot of street noise. The bathroom was very small and it was difficult to open the shower door enclosure due to the small footprint of the place. There was no safe in the apartment to safe guard important items.

The property is exactly as what you see when booking. It’s spacious, with a luxury feel, yet confortable. The kitchen had all the necessary amenities, the bathroom was exceptional and I particularly enjoyed the integrated sound system. The terrace with its pool where so refreshing in the hot summer. I could have stayed in all day everyday! The host, Javier was very nice and so helpful, giving recommendations of places to eat or visit and he was very accommodating to the few extra requests I made. And on top of all that, the property is perfectly located in the center yet in a very calm part, a lot of good restaurants, bars and stores within a walking distance. 200% recommend and will book there again if I go back to Granada.

We hadn't looked at WhatsApp, so rather than seeing precise directions and pictures to the garage, which she had sent us- we texted Katherine when we got lost. She was absolutely amazing and waited for us at the garage, showed us where to park, showed us the property (entry, lighting, heating/cooling, electric blinds, kitchen appliances, coffee machine/pods etc.) - and then gave us tips on where to eat, etc. Best, she set up a cab for us in the AM and - got us tickets and a personal guide for the Alhambra (unbelievable, I had resigned myself to missing out!). What an amazing 2 days we had during a huge National holiday thanks to her. The suite was spotlessly clean, bed was very comfortable, shower fine (the toilet didn't have a door but a partition in the bedroom- this was fine, if privacy was wanted there was also a living/kitchen area). Elevator in building, washer/dryer combo on the ground floor with soap and fabric softener (again, all new and spotless, building looks very recently renovated). Even towels were heavy and soft and amazing here. Very good restaurant on ground floor in same building, and tons of choices if you don't want to cook.

For once- I'm at a loss. Our time in Granada was amazing. Planning to go back.

Excellent. Superb high quality interior, top location in the city. Even car parking was offered. We were amazed at the details and top notch quality everything had. The best towels I ever got to use, large and brand new flat screens in every room, a small and stylish kitchen that awaited us stocked with enough coffee capsules for a week + water bottles and a pack of Spanish ham. The apartment is in a side alley less than 1 min walking distance from virtually anything you would want to experience in Granada. Even the bus stop to go up the Alhambra was right there around the corner. The owner is absolutely incredible and got us tickets to the Alhambra within no time + fantastic suggestions for restaurants, bars and things to do. Thank you Katherine! It was amazing and we will come back again!

If you travel by car, the parking in the garage is a little challenging.

Javier and Kathy are excellent. They offered detailed information about parking and gave superb restaurant recommendations. The apartments have been recently renovated with exquisite taste. Numerous excellent restaurants and tapas bars are conveniently located within a 5-minute walk. The bus stop for the Alhambra is just a 5-minute walk away."

The apartment is beautiful decorated, spotlessly clean with a beautiful terrace and private pool. It is in a great location for the city , walkable to everywhere. Katherina went above and beyond to help us arrange tickets for the Alahambra when they were sold out.

Little tricky driving to the Apartment but Follow Katerina’s instructions and it’s fine

Absolutely stunning apartment and perfect central location! It was extremely clean and luxurious! Very clear and helpful instructions for arrival, also we were greeted and guided to the parking area. Our host was extremely helpful. We will definitely be back!

We haven’t stayed anywhere which has an open plan sleeping & bathroom arrangement. Would of preferred it to be separate.

Katherine is so kind and considerate by greeting us at the garage, where to park a big van would have been difficult. Her patience, professionalism and hospitality is top class! I would wholeheartedly recommend her apartment to anyone.

The 2 bedroom was spacious for 4 adults. Had ample kitchen supplies. The balcony overlooks a narrow and quiet street. The lighting and design was superb. Lighting controls were high tech. The hostess was very hands on and sincerely interested in helping.
