The location was fantastic — just a few minutes’ walk from the Cathedral of Granada and close to many restaurants and main attractions, all within walking distance. The property itself was excellent, with a very secure entry system requiring double security cards. The suite was spacious and comfortable, featuring a well-equipped kitchen, a nice living area, and a fantastic room. Having a terrace was a great bonus. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. Overall, a truly fantastic stay!

There was nothing I didn’t like — everything was just fine and met my expectations perfectly.

Staff were friendly. Be aware, if you are disabled that there are steps to the front door, but there is a side door entrance after you have checked in, There is parking in a courtyard but it was not offered to me even though I am disabled but there is parking at about ten minutes walk. The apartment was noisy if you opened windows but there was lovely afternoon sun, and aircon if needed. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were also. The kitchen was big enough to cook a meal, no oven, toaster or kettle. All in all, a comfortable stay on Gran Vía, with access to more original parts. Lift to upper floors and ramps to side entrance.

There is no reception at certain times so you need to ascertain that before booking and arrival. GPS takes you through residential only area, a bit worrying.

Great area. The staff was helpful. Very nice and modern apartment. The alley behind the building has lots of souvenir shops, mom and pop restaurants, small grocery stores, and a laundry mat where we left our clothes and picked them up later in the evening.

I liked it all. Whatever I needed and asked for to cook breakfast the receptionist brought it to our apartment, some pots and a toaster.

Great location that was easy to get to by bus from the airport. It is within a few blocks from one of the major pickup stations so taking the bus back to the airport was easy and convenient. The hotel is only a few blocks from the Catedral de Granada, and was about a twenty minute walk from Puerta de la Justicia entrance of the Alhambra. Multiple convenience stores, restaurants, taperias, cafes within walking distance. We were pleasantly surprised at how large the room was. Everything was tidy, the decor and the interior covered courtyard was cute. They provided us complementary waters. I thought the price was great for what we get.

Reception staffing is limited hours, but it was relatively minor inconvenience and there is a phone at the desk where you can get in contact with a staff at any hour.

The room was modern, comfortable and quiet. The location has a front desk that makes access to the property very easy, and able to deal with any issues very quickly.

The bed was two separate beds that were pushed together, and the kitchen appliances were very limited. Both were very minor issues that did not impact us greatly.

Great location, walkable to all attractions. Room is clean and spacious enough for a few days' stay. Kitchenette is handy with coffee machine and microwave and small fridge. Reception lady is friendly and helpful.

If you are a light sleeper, request room not facing the street. I had room spacious and nice with balconies but there's no insulation so we could hear everything from the busy street the whole night. We switched to a smaller suite but it was very quiet, which is more important to us.

Great location, very well priced - big suite, comfortable beds & good heating/ air con, arranged to drop off bag early & was told the room was ready which was a bonus. No street noise all in all a great stay.

There was a dripping noise from the toilet which could be heard from the bedroom as the bathroom door wouldn’t close properly due to loose screw in hinge - reported to reception on leaving so sure it will be repaired as workman was on site.

Centrally located, large apartment, with a kitchen, quiet and comfortable bedroom. Bottle water provided daily, proactive communication about our arrival.

The shower water (on the third floor) was lukewarm. Also, it’s not a four star hotel as it’s listed and has limited reception hours.

Large traditionally decorated apartment with lovely timber doors opening onto balconies. Comfy bed. Adequate kitchen amenities. Very clean. Located within easy reach of the old town, bus and station.

Option of a softer pillow would be welcome.

The suite is very spacious and mattress is comfortable. We made sure to leave all the cutleries we used clean (as written) but we noticed that not everyone does the same.

The doors would need the installation of dampers since they were constantly slammed to be closed.
