The location was great, very close to the old town. The staff were very friendly and helpful (eg getting a taxi within a few minutes). Breakfast was good, although I don't think they knew how to cook bacon. A general Spanish problem. My room was a single room. Nice layout, excellent rain shower, small balcony with a small view of the sea down the road.

The pool area didn't open until 11:00 am. No chance of an early morning dip. I thought that was poor for a so-called spa hotel. This would have been a show stopper had I known before I went. I would have gone somewhere else. BOOKING.COM SHOULD MAKE THIS CLEAR IN THE DETAILS No milk or caffeinated coffee in the room. Hotel policy only to have decaf! Ridiculous.

The property was clean and the staff were amazing!

The breakfast wasn’t the best and upon requesting and being told by booking and the hotel that we would have a double bed we had got to our room and been given 2 singles pushed together. This trip was to celebrate my birthday and I was also there for work djing in Ibiza so it did take a bit of joy out of the stay. There is also no phone signal and the WiFi is very temperamental and won’t connect 90% of the time which caused a few hiccups with the work side of things for me

central to everywhere , 5 mins to port and castle. 15 mins walk to beach. easy to work to bus station . good selection of shops, restaurants and cafes . pleasant staff and nice sized standard room with balcony . nice roof top area and bar. pity there is no proper pool, just a paddling about area.

1. the music/ noise from the outside bar which went on until 4am. had to change room. 2. wifi is a bit crap and tv has no English movies or channels except bbc world news, even. that is limited . 3. gym really small 4. the spa did not have the steam room working and the sauna was not warm enough. the water spa itself was great. but a 20 euro charge which is very high. 5. breakfast was ok, was not keen on vegan sausages or the potato waffle things which were hard. lack of choice for fruit. 6. the. chairs were very noisy and every time anyone moved they screeched and echoed across the whole room

Location 10/10. Very good breakfast. Helpful and professional staff. Very clean room and common areas. Basic rooms however at good standards

Overall was a great stay, but to mention the less positive part: The juices options in the breakfast room are terrible and the hotel should reconsider. Don’t match the standard of the rest of the breakfast which was very good on variety and quality. Very limited parking spaces (at a fee) with very difficult access fully surrounded by many columns. We were disappointed that when we contacted the hotel prior the arrival asking for a double bed the hotel guaranteed this. Then when we arrived no one knew about the request and we had to have twin beds instead

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. The room was comfortable, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I needed. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made it easy to relax and unwind. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and would love to come back on my next visit. Thank you for a perfect stay!

our first room got a humidity smell. We have changed it.

An excellent base for Ibiza Town and going around the local area. It was very quiet considering as it was so near the main hub and front.

Limited parking if you have a rental car, so we had to park around 10-15 minutes walk away from the hotel, otherwise a very expensive car park a few roads away. The hot tub wasn't very clean after filling it with water on arrival, reported to the receptionist and they dealt with it, however it still had 'black bits' floating around it still after being cleaned.

I loved the location as we took a ferry to Formentera for the day. It was also central to the bus station to get any bus around the island. It was near all restaurants & bars.

We definitely did not like the bathroom in our room as the design had no privacy. It was like a flat packed cheap bathroom made on a budget. We didn’t complain - we just got around it in some way. However the design of having no door to cut off the bathroom gave no privacy. The spa was over priced for its facilities. €20 to use the spa which we felt should be free if you are a guest. Also to avail of their services massages etc were very over priced. The hotel was spotlessly clean & staff were very nice & exceptionally helpful.

The staff were very welcoming and attentive. The room was stylish and comfortable, the beds were super comfortable! It is in great location close to Ibiza Old Town, with some nice squares nearby and lots of places to eat and drink. If you’re coming for a mix of Dalt Vila and nightlife this hotel is perfect as there is a taxi rank very nearby and it takes 10 minutes to get to the clubs, only 3-4 minutes to Pacha in a taxi.

Some people may want to know that the bathroom isn’t a separate room. There is a door to the toilet and shower but it’s not the most private. This didn’t bother us at all but may bother some people.

The staff were absolutely fantastic, so accommodating, welcoming, friendly and helpful. A special mention goes to Ana on reception who sorted out another room for us as the one we were in was a bit noisy (street facing)& to Damien who gave us lots of helpful suggestions. Location was also brilliant too as it was very centrally located in the old town of Ibiza with shops, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants etc right on our doorstep.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The recently renovated rooms were modern and comfortable, and the large balconies offered a great place to relax. The dining area was spacious, and the staff were delightful and always ready to help. The rooftop pool was a fantastic bonus, perfect for a refreshing swim with a view. Everything was impeccably clean, and the hotel's central location made it easy to get around and explore the city. Highly recommended!

The breakfast buffet was somewhat limited and didn't offer much variety. Additionally, there is no parking available, at least not that I was aware of.
