I liked The staff a lot. The installations, it's confortable. The location.

the loungers of the indoor pool of the spa are mostly broken. a lot of capacity is uncomfortable. I was in room 1155, from 7 to 8 in the morning you can hear how they drag tables and chairs to the terrace. it is very loud and annoying. I understand that you have to remove them, perhaps the solution is not to drag them and be careful with the noise and lift them.

Modern and spacious room, friendly staff and close to the beach!

The hotel is well located, just a short walk from the sea. It feels quite new, and the room was nicely furnished and comfortable. The pool area is also pleasant, and everything we needed was available. The food was tasty and quite diverse, with good options for both adults and children.

The kids’ club was not operating during our stay, which was disappointing — especially since it was advertised as part of the included services when we booked. This was not clearly communicated in advance. Also, the rest of the entertainment program was uninspired. Overall, the animation and kids’ activities could be significantly improved.

The food was a disappointment. The morning would have been nice with more variety of eggs, maybe scrambled,poached would have been nice, only choice was fried or omelette, evening meals were always same, so I ate out most nights Being British, I had to ask for a British channel. They gave me BBC WORLD NEWS, I wasn't there to watch tv, but I was ill the last 3 days of my holiday and would have welcomed a decent channel, every other country had 4/5 channels. My grand daughter was across the road in estival park and managed to get 5/6 British channels...

I really enjoyed the atmosphere there, the animators team did their best to make me and my family feel entertained through a variety of exercise, games etc. The staff were friendly, kind, and funny. The restaurant was great, had a big range of food from which to choose and of course the swimming pool with slides, close to beach. The hotel had shows every night at 22:00, they had people coming from Mexico, Cuba etc. doing traditional dances, gymnastics and live music, bieleve me it was really entertaining. I really recommend everyone to go and experience this holiday

I didn't like was the fact that the launch hour was between 13:00 and 14:30 quite a small window for people that want to stay more at the beach or swimming pool, I also didn't like the gym it was small and many defective equipment also at the time I stayed a vast group of teenagers (over100-200) came to the hotel probably they all had a match or something but that made me feel less relaxed because of constant noise outside of hotel and inside and also less chances of finding a table during breakfast, launch, dinner. Impossible to go to swimming pool. I guess I'm just a lucky person 🤣

Very good location, we had sea view, but access to the beach was blocked due to construction (which is not hotel’s fault). Most social areas had marble flooring which gave it an opulent feeling. The room was recently uplifted, so nice, modern. Meal buffets were so plentiful and had a huge variety. We did not enjoy the entertainment options, but it had something for each age, nationality and taste. We upgraded to half board for EUR 10 p.p./day and is worth the money. Overall, amazing days!

The room faced the pool, where the entertainment stage was located. There was action until around 11:00pm every night and it was a bit noisy - but since we were on vacations we didn’t care much - again, this is not a complaint, but if you want to wake up very early and is sensitive to noise, bring ear plugs :P

Loved the animation team, food, cleaning, the room was quiet as I asked upper floor in Palace 2. Table tennis is outdoor but in a location protected from wind. I just wish in was also protected from rain as one day we found all tables wet. I would go there again in the future for sure. Had just breakfast and dinner but it felt enough.

Most of the gym equipment was broken to the point of not being usable. Ah and the indoor swimming pool is not much more than a bigger jacuzzy. They also charge 20 eur just for you to be able to use a safebox which is weird as a safebox would probably save them of quite a few discussions with guests about items dissapearing.

Everything was great, the spacious bedrooms, the location (the bus network is great you don’t need a car to visit nearby towns), the VIP adult only pool for more peace, the entertainment, the shows, we enjoyed the barbecue evenings, large buffet and unlimited drinks. Clean beach towels everyday. We had a perfect relaxed holidays! We highly recommend this hotel, we will come back for sure. Muchas gracias Palas Pineda !!

- The indoor pool and jacuzzi were a bit cold, not great for when it is a bit chilli outside. - Some shows were more for French people (when you live in France and come to Spain for holidays you don’t want to see stuffs from France but rather more about Spanish culture).

We enjoyed the hotel and the kids loved the awesome animation team. The pool is very nice and no chlorine smell. Most guests were French I think, looked like we were the only Dutcj tourists. Does not matter, makes me feel more on holiday. The town and the boulevard is ok, not very special, the view on Tarragona industrial beach is not very attractive. It is on walking distance to Salou, which does have a nice boulevard but so very crowded, coming back to La Pineda is a reassurance. We enjoyed it and hope to come back. Pakring can be a but hard but there is a big square, 800 meters walk. Free parking The apartment kitchen needs renovation, the bathroom is nice and new, but the kitchen is very outdated .

We liked mostly everything. We travelled in a low season so it was no problem to park our car on the street. The pool was too cold to swim in october however we still enjoyed the water temperature in the sea. The beach near the hotel was very nice. Reading here some complaints about food choice is ridiculous. Our only problem was avoiding the constant overeating.

Probably the only thing what was somewhat anoying was the construction of the shower flooding the whole bathroom if not using it very carefully
