​Even though there was a bit of noise coming from the hallways and other rooms on some nights, for a 2-star hotel, the experience was extraordinary. The staff was super nice, and the room was clean. Although we had initially decided not to have breakfast at the hotel, we ended up having it every single morning of our stay. ​The location is great, and there is a free parking area nearby that offers plenty of parking spaces. The management might consider renovating the rooms just a little bit to make them look nicer. ​You can get beach towels from the reception for a small deposit, but keep in mind they are subject to availability. What's more, on our last day after checkout, they let us use a shower room after we went swimming at a nearby beach. ​9/10, keep up the good work! We will definitely be coming back if we decide to visit Mallorca again.

Very loud at night. No soundproofed rooms, so every step at the hall was waking me up.

I stayed in a double room with a spacious balcony, fully equipped with all the comforts needed for a relaxing stay. The bathroom was also perfectly fine, and the daily housekeeping kept everything clean and tidy. The breakfast was abundant, offering a wide variety of sweet and savory options—though the savory choices were especially plentiful. The staff were incredibly kind, cheerful, and always available to provide helpful advice and information about the area. The location was fantastic—just a short walk from the bus stops that take you to the city center and the beaches. Reaching the beach on foot took no more than 10 minutes. Unfortunately, the shuttle service to the beach wasn't running during our stay, but it's good to know that this option is usually available. All in all, a great experience—I would definitely recommend it!

One thing to keep in mind is that during the summer season, the area might get a bit noisy at night. While the hotel clearly states that noise is not allowed after a certain hour, guests who are light sleepers might still find it a bit challenging due to occasional late-night commotion outside.

I liked everything very much, we spent one week there. during this time we toured the entire island, it was incredible. The hotel staff is very friendly and polite, especially our cleaning lady on the third floor is a very nice woman, she helped me a lot. the food was delicious. The rooms are clean. if you want to explore Majorca, rent a scooter or a car because buses will cost you a lot of money and time. You can rent a scooter at Palma Bay vespa rental there cheaply and conveniently. the beds were comfortable, but they moved apart at night, if you know what I'm talking about) and so I am satisfied also at the last moment, we were late for the plane, and we would have to wait 30 minutes for Uber or another taxi. I asked the front desk if they could order me a taxi and it arrived within 5 minutes.

Lovely staff! Very attentive. Great that you can borrow things from reception for the beach (parasols, towels) and they can't do enough to help. Lovely breakfast. Free shuttle bus to the beach is brilliant. Pool bar has fantastic prices, friendly staff.

Some of the younger guests could be a bit rowdy. We had a glass bottle drop off a balcony above and smash around the pool area when we were sat there one day. Helped clear it up as there were children about.

booked a room for 2 nights in this hotel! arrived, but it turned out there going repair work! But! I was very pleased!! settled in another hotel, which was nearby!! Fully paid for my stay! And paid for breakfast! this is a very worthy act! thank you for such a great attitude!

All the staff was very well trained and friendly, helpful and kind to everyone. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic, with continental and English breakfast as buffet. Also the prices at the Hotel bar 🍻 where very good. I am definitely book the hotel again. Thank you all hotel staff for an absolutely fantastic holiday time I had.

There was nothing to dislike!

The location was really good, room was a good size and had a balcony over looking the pool. The room was serviced every day.

There was a lot of noise, and could hear the people above us and next door to us. But other than that was good, could have used clean towels more often as we stayed for a week.

The staff was very friendly and have take care of all things the guests needed. Everything would explained in a friendly atmosphere and we became quickly familiar. The staff treated everyone equal and they found always a solution. I have enjoyed my stay.
