location is fantastic, food is good. there are entertainment in the hotel, like kareoke in the bar and dance night however they do not advertise it. there is a good size balcony to dry wet clothes which made my life much easier.

we had to pay for every drink at dinner time, even for water. breakfast drinks were free, however long queues. air conditioning was leaking on my friends room, so we complained to the reception and they sorted it out

the room was clean, modern, great lighting through a backlit bed, a mirror and a PC panel without a central ceiling light. the bathroom was clean, a large shower, everything in good condition, no damaged or non-functioning items. the staff was available at the reception 100% of the time, they were very nice and helpful. Wifi was amazing, speed approx. 25 mbps, but it was available completely in the entire area, even 50m outside the area, that is, not like in many hotels where wifi is available for an additional fee and only available at the reception. Breakfast and dinner were equally great. Whenever during the available time, everything was replenished, fresh, and there was a huge selection of food. The hotel surprised me a lot

I can't say it's bad because it's a 3* hotel, but I would appreciate a refrigerator in the room, it's a plus star if I'm not mistaken, so it's fine. the air conditioning was functional.

the room we got was spacious and with a balcony which is nice. Breakfast was really good there is a chef who cooks egg and pancakes. fruits and sweets are also available. swimming pool are also clean. Location near the beach but far from Palma if you dont have a car. overall for the price it was good. there are many shops and restaurant nearby.

attention to guest request, i only request 1 pillow more but never got one. the sliding door in the bathroom is not good there are spaces on both sides no window in the bathroom.

We had only breakfast+dinner; this hotel did not provide lunches, but the food was really good, especially for dinner (but the drinks were paid for during the dinner - water bottle 2.60Euro, wine glass - 2.50Euro, wine bottle 6 Euro) The room was nice and neat, we lived on the 2nd floor. It was quiet almost all of the time, some neighbors listened to music several time, but the noise was okay. Just once (out of 9 nights) we asked someone to make it silent (at 1 am) - they did ;) The cleaning was not perfect, but they changed linen and towels every day - and I left tips every day as well. Maybe this is the Spanish style of making the room, without much efforts.. The staff was friendly. The only thing I asked if that is possible to pack our breakfast as we leave at 7.30 am that day - they said there is no such a service in here, sorry. Maybe it is true, but it is strange. Most of the hotels do provide that if you leave early. Anyway, I did not have any huge expectations from the hotel. I bought a trip just "today for tomorrow" and just took what was available in the area close to the beach I like - and it was a good experience! This is the first time we were at an "Adults only" place - I have not seen any of "Thematic" ;) features and behaviors I imagined about these types of the hotels ;) Realy good to rest without children's screams. (I am a mom, if any ;))

- they did not wash the floor under the beds, despite I left tips every day, and some dust and hair (not even mine) was rolling down the room LOL ;) - they did not pack our breakfast

The location was great, it was only about 5 minutes away from the beach. The beds were comfy as well.

The things that let our stay down were the bathroom door as it's a sliding glass door and doesn't meet the wall properly which leaves a big gap at either side. The other thing was we were let down by the breakfast food, I get everyone has different tastes and enjoy different things but we ended up just having bread rolls and cheese most mornings as there wasn't much flavour to most things.

The AC is appreciated, although it turns off when the veranda is open or the card is removed. Two pools, one for chilling and one for more active activities. Sunbeds available for free. Indoor and outdoor bar, although cash only. Pool tables Ping pong table Friendly and helpful staff Good options for breakfast

The double bed was just two twin beds stuck together, it kept separating very often which was not nice. The TV is extremely small, can barely see it from the bad. The lift is very slow, faster to use the stairs

The staff at reception were so nice and helpful. They were very patient with alot of the guests and myself. The rooms were big and nicely decorated. 2 big pools were great and clean and plenty of sunbeds. Location to the beach and restaurants is pretty close

Be aware of the area and the clients staying around. It's a party town so it can be loud with music and shouting. If you know in advance it's not so bad but it's something to take into consideration

The property is at a good location, the rooms are decent size, the breakfast provided was also good value.

They don’t give you a mini fridge with the room, however you can rent one from reception for €40 for 7 days (cash payment only for some reason), however the mini fridges(they changed ours twice) are quite small and weak and barely keep the drinks cool, and not cold.

A varied and satisfying breakfast, towels were changed every day, a generally clean hotel, new furniture, fresh renovations in the bathroom, and the air conditioner worked for both cooling and heating. Nice personal. Convenient location. Close to the beach and bus stops.

Sound insulation is very poor. You can hear noise from the street and from the corridor and neighboring rooms. But earplugs, as always, save the day)

The price was very competitive. And liked the breakfast variety.

I just think the personal at the front desk needs to improve a little on the service attitude. The neighborhood also was located in a heavy crowded place where every business, bar and restaurant is dedicated to tourists of the Netherlands.
