The location is ideal for us. Staff are friendly and the hotel is good for the money.

We have stayed on 6 separate occasions now. During our first visit the food on the evening in the restaurant was good. On the last 4 visits it has got worse and this particular time it was awful. I left nearly all of it. We are going to look into getting something else on the evening next year when we visit again. Also the breakfast is pretty basic.

The ability to park free of charge close to the hotel was ideal. The availability of an evening meal at the hotel was good. The food was basic but value for money

The bathroom set up with the toilet and bidet was too close to the step in shower/bath. In my opinion was too close and dangerous. Our hotel bedroom was right above the cafe and outdoor area of the hotel. Itcwas very noisy early in the morning.

We stayed here last year and would definitely stay again. The rooms are all clean and comfortable, there is plenty of parking which you can see from the rooms and its a short taxi ride away from the centre of Logrono

Nothing that the hotel can change...but be aware that the petrol station next door is close so dont arrive (like we did) expecting to be able to fill up! There is another petrol station close though.

It's a budget hotel but was good value for what we wanted as needed dog friendly. Room wasn't amazing but didn't need amazing so did exactly what we wanted from it.

Logrono was lovely and hotel is a good distance walk into town. Didn't bother us as needed to walk dog anyway but wouldn't work for everyone. Highly recommend Logrono as a stopover if driving down to Spain

Great hotel, very clean with good facilities. Bar and restaurant on site and ample parking on site. It’s also next door to a petrol station which was handy after a days riding! We chose to stay an extra night and the staff happily organised it so that we could stay on the same room.

Shame it’s not a little closer to the town centre but the reception desk are happy to organise a taxi which arrived promptly.

We changed the day as Brittany Ferries changed our ferry crossing from 1900 to 0830 the same day...I suppose we will have to pay for 2 days Tues 26 and Wed 27 March 2024.

I had to email Booking.com myself to cancel Wed 27 March.......the hotel could not do it. As we checked out Zenit Logrono told us we had to email Booking.com personally to cancel 27 March............The hotel could not do it for us because Booking.com would not let them

It was nice to stay at Zenit in a bit of luxury while walking the Camino. Whilst it was a little bit out of Logrono you were away from the main centre. The staff were fantastic both at reception and in the cafe. The ladies from the cafe went out of their way to make sure I had something to eat before the 4pm closing.

Not a gripe but would have been easier if closer to the center rather than having to use taxi's. Would I stay there again - yes.

Nice clean room

Requested a room near lift as disabled by email. Reply was "of course." On arrival it was like a circus. Computer wouldn't work. Staff very rude. Room furthest away from lift. Then key wouldn't work. This has happened before on a previous stay! Had to return to reception for a key that would work. Long long story short the staff gave us a complimentary bottle of wine as a sorry. Best thing was watching a very rude receptionist hitting the wrong room door to try to make the key work.

The room was clean quiet and comfortable. The staff were lovely friendly welcoming and helpful. We had dinner in the restaurant and it was really lovely food. The service was good and again the staff were so friendly and helpful. We stayed here on our way to the ferry in Bilbao and we will definitely stay there again and would most definitely recommend it to other travellers . It is definitely excellent value for money. There was free parking in a safe quiet area right beside the hotel.

I couldn’t fault this hotel in any way.

Good range of options available for hotel services such as meals. Both a restaurant and coffee bar available. Good car parking available close to the hotel
