Central location in Madrid, convenient for the city-break, 10mins walk from the splendid Retiro Park. Very close to Metro and bus stops of numerous lines to commute around Madrid, we bought multi-journey ticket at the metro station. Yet, the location is quiet enough to offer some rest compared with the busiest parts of the city center. The hotel is new, modern, fresh, clean, spacious, well maintained and offers great relaxation after days of sightseeing. The staff is engaged, presents very positive attitude, happy and smiling, always attentive to guests (congrats and thank you!). We used a half-board offer, with excellent breakfasts (incl. live cooking) and dinners, with simple and very satisfying 3-course menues, which we enjoyed in the bar area, watching football games or F1 on the comfy sofas. Our Family Suite room was spacious enough for our family of 4, again: clean, modern, very comfortable, with a nice city view, and a large, clean, well-planned bathroom. Water, coffee, tea, biscuits and chocolates in the room was re-supplied every day of our 4-day stay, that was very appreciated. On the last day we checked-out and left our luggage safely stored next to the reception, which offered us a good day of sightseeing before our evening flight back.

The AC was a bit noisy, we were turning it off for the night. We also couldn't open the windows for safety reasons, as explained, which is understandable on a high building like this one, but would give a nice breeze of the spring air. It hasn't created any problems anyway.

Our room was lovely and spacious with plenty of storage. We don’t have a bath at home, so after a day of sightseeing it was wonderful to soak away the aches and pains off the day in the bath. The bed was huge, basically two singles bolted together, so we had plenty of room for a good nights sleep. Aircon was easy to set and control. The soaps and shower gel were a nice brand. The reception staff were exceptionally helpful.

It was hard to attract the attention of staff in the bar area. Either to get a menu or to settle the bill at the end of the meal. On both nights our potentially favourite apple tart desert was unavailable. The steak that I ordered for 29.50€ was awful, full of gristle. We thought that the price of the breakfast at 23€ was too much for us, when all we wanted was an omelette, a slice of toast and a cup of coffee. So we never had breakfast in the hotel, which was a shame. We were never given enough milk to both enjoy a coffee. Just 3 tiny plastic cartons per day. With the coffee being quite powerful you needed all three to make one cup.

They offered as to include breakfast at check in for €19 we declined but we ate dinner at night and it was wonderful! Was also a show everybody in my group enjoyed , awesome time!

The hotel room was fabulous, I liked the design and the furnishing style. Also quite spacious, especially the bathroom. Free water in room was very much appreciated so I didn't have to go out and buy from the supermarket. The fluffy bathrobes provided were an unexpected bonus! Staff were friendly throughout. Although breakfast was the same for all 4 days, there was a decent variety to go through. I had dinner at the hotel bar on one night because I was too tired to go out, and the service and food were pretty good too. Location-wise it's not very central, but it works well for me as I preferred to be in a quiet area, and I mostly used Uber to get around anyway. I was sad to have to leave the hotel at the end of my stay as I got so comfortable here.

The main problem I had was the Wifi which was unreliable and horribly slow. I have no idea why it was so bad most of the times when I tried to use it. In the end, I depended on my phone data. The lifts are really creaky and shaky which made me nervous whenever I used them. Some appliances probably need to be replaced, like the fridge looked really old and the hair dryer was really gummy when you touched it. Really minor thing but I wish they provided room slippers too.

The location, the staff, the breakfast and the hotel in general was perfect

I had with me a small wooden virgin ( I m Christian and I have this virgin for 25! years) and I left it to the room when i contacted the hotel they said they didn’t find anything, I am 100% sure that it fell under the sofa bed, O send a second message and again they didn’t find anything.. If I could I was about to go back and check by my self but unfortunately I can’t.. in the same room I left and a small night light that again they said they didn’t find, I don’t care about that it was 2 euros I bought another but that night light was in the socket so by saying this I am also sure that either a maid took them (which I don’t believe) or they didn’t check ..

We booked a Junior Suite with a king-size bed and a sofa for three adults. The room was exceptionally spacious and comfortably accommodated us. The hotel was impeccably clean, and we received a warm and friendly welcome from the staff. The location is excellent—situated away from the city noise yet conveniently close to Retiro Park. A metro station is just 250 meters away, and taxis are almost always available right in front of the hotel. As a medical professional, I was particularly impressed by the presence of a defibrillator in the lobby, with all staff members trained in its use. This level of preparedness and attention to safety is truly remarkable.

Staff was great, helpful and kind. The breakfast had many varieties; serving the needs of many... It is located in a quite part of the city which is good also. But could be a handicap for some; as it is around 30 minutes walk to Museum Prado.

The day I checked in was a crowded day, with 8-9 people trying to check-in at the same time. Moreover, the next day, one of the lifts were broken. the hotel staff immediately called the authorized service team, of course. however, the owners should immediately upgrade / renew lifts, as they are old, seems as lack of maintenance (shaking in every floor, which can scare you if your room is in 10th floor :)). Lifts should not be a reason for a hotel to lose points, while everything else is great :)

Location is nice and quiet but still close enough to the center.

The lift is a bit slow and would always have a sudden drop once it reaches the desired floor. Also, having booked multiple rooms as a family, the staff would always tell us all our breakfast slots are used up because they got the information wrong. We all were still able to have breakfast during our whole stay, but it’s a minor issue that I felt the need to mention because it happened every morning. We must not have memorable faces because I surely remember seeing the same faces telling us the same thing every morning.

It was perfect. We loved it! From nice and helpful staff to delicious meals. Very clean and spacious rooms (we had queen size room). It’s not in the “main” city centre (street) but still very close to it and close to bus and metro (5 min walk).

Not the negative side for us, since we had our room in the 4th floor so mainly we walked, but elevators are very slow 😅
