Very big bed. Quiet location near Banc of Espana.. Many comfy places for breakfast on nearby street. Price was reasonable. Not very far from airport if you have early flight. Bus and metro station are not far. Reception stuff was professional and helpful, knew many languages. Breakfast was good, had jamon.

There was no big variety of fresh vegetables for breakfast. No direct route from airport on public transport (but with Google maps route planing it is not big deal)

Very good hotel! Not too close to the city center, but you can go by metro. Beautiful and attentive staff!

Water and coffee in the room were updated only once: in the first day of our stay. Be aware of it if you expect daily water bottles updates

Amazingly clean and fresh, rooms were immaculate and very modern. House keeping was provided daily and cleaned expertly. The food was nice in the restaurant. The bathroom and shower were amazing and perfect. Staff were polite however could smile and engage a bit more. Air conditioner was a god send in 38 degree heat outside.

I like a firm mattress but these mattresses were a little to firm, resulting in back ache after 2 nights. I slept on top of the duvet for comfort. Cups too small for tea drinkers.

We only stayed here one night, the night before going home so we wanted to stay close to the airport and it was perfect really pretty and the room super nice and big. Is not very close to restaurants so we walked to a Crepes place soooooo good and it was like 5 mins from Hotel.

Not a lot around the Hotel, it served the purpose just to sleep. Not many Restaurants around

I loved the staff, especially the breakfast team. I dare say I’ve never encountered such friendly staff at breakfast. Super helpful 👏👏

I think the room could be a bit bigger. I found it a bit small, to be honest.

Location is 15 minutes drive to main areas and 15 minutes to the airports room size are ok , and good parking in the front and under the hotel

Ac control complex and you wont feel it working properly , also my room was in the corner and hot because sun on both sides

Location was great for us cause we wanted a place between the center of the city and the airport. It served well to this purpose. Room very soundproof. You can sleep almost without interruptions.

Since the early morning you hear the cleaning room services.

Very modern hotel with great staff; Hotel bar open until 11pm (And very well priced). Location is 20 mins on bus from the airport and 10 mins from a metro which takes you to central madrid. Would recommend if you want a quieter stay in Madrid whilst also being close to transport to the busy parts.

Bed wasn't very comfortable

The price is reasonable. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I asked for some help with boiled water with honey and lemon. The beautiful young lady in the bar is very patient.

Room is small and simple facilities.

New, clean, quiet. Easy parking. In the airport route.

Location; Industrial zone, no shops near, only some coffees/snack bars. If you are visiting the city center, you'll have a 30min commute everyday. Place is more suitable to travel with your own car, or for business trips.
