All the staff are very kind, attentive and provides superb service! You rarely meet such nice people on all levels, from cleaning staff to the restaurant staff. Food is good quality, breakfast is abundant, bar is also good. Beds are good quality. Location is great. The Gran Via is just at the corner, location near metro and shops, restaurant. The Plaza Mayor is 10 minutes walk. 2 El Corte Ingles are within 6 minutes. About 50 restaurants near by. It was better to be not directly on the Gran Via because the Via is so bustling and noisy but the hotel was much better at night.

Some of the rooms are a bit small, we had one with good size and a bit smaller for the same money. Luckily we put the kids into the smaller room :)

Excellant location near Callao metro station. Its in middle of Central and have many options for food and shopping. Hotel has nice buffet breakfast, if you an IHG member you also get a free drink. I got a free room upgrade , the room was big with all the things you need with complementary water bottle every day.

Its next to road so you can hear some noise, also since the hotel is inside a lane you will not have any view from window.

Staff were very friendly. Front desk and restaurant staff were so helpful. Food was incredible. Appreciated the flexibility of menu as I was travelling with a 8 year old. Support in securing the game tickets was brilliant

Would of been nice to have the pool open, but I get that it is closed during the winter. Lifts were a wait, but we were informed of the maintenance in advance. So it did not detract from our stay.

Friendly reception, room was spacious and clean. The immediate area surrounding the hotel is busy, commercial and far from interesting. But nicer parts like malasaña and chueca are a short walk away. Good connections to the metro (several stations nearby).

despite checkin-time at 15, my room was not ready until around 18. This was annoying as I was not offered an explanation for the long delay nor an estimate on how long it would be. Compensation in some form (beyond one free drink at the bar) would've been a nice touch. Overall it was hard to find information regarding services and opening-hours (such as the rooftop) - the staff was quite busy (although friendly) and the info-screen on the tv in the room provided hardly any clarity on any of this.

Fabulous roof terrace in the middle of Madrid centre. Nice and spacious room, great cleaning and quiet during nighttime,even tho the hotel is really central in the middle of Madrid centre. Good breakfeast, welcoming nice and helpful staff !100% would stay here again 😄

There are 2 lifts but one was under repair, which meant there was only 1 working. This was a bit annoying but understandable

I was very stunned by how lovely the Hotel was! The location was very convenient, adjacent to all the Landmarks, Shopping malls, Cinemas, Stores, Souvenir Shops and the lovely Gran Via! The Hotel has very good quality hygiene standards, was very clean neat and the ammenities always available. The Organisation was splendid! The Staff very friendly! Abd each time an issue came up, they solved the problem immediately! The cleaning Staff, Gastronomy Staff, The Reception staff was very friendly professional and very helpful! Laura the receptionist was exceptionally very helpful and gave me all important information i needed! And the gentleman who always worked with her during the shifts was also very friendly and assistive abd patien, and attended to every questionsbb . I will always come to this Hotel when i visit Spain. I was very impressed and i must say that this is one Hotel i honestly value, above all Hotels i ever visited!! It is so much better than the Five Stars Hotels l ever spent on. Hoy

The Elevators were extremely slow, something should be done about this..it could get really frustrating tryingbti The Restaurant room service for breakfast was way very pricey and not many varieties of dishes. Sadly most of the time when i wanted to order something, none of them was available on phone.

The breakfast each morning was impressive - fresh food, attentive service and reasonable hours. The staff was also very accommodating at the front desk and the rooftop bar. We would recommend this hotel the next time you're in Madrid.

The room temperature could not be regulated, so it was fairly warm in our room with no air circulation. We could open the outside door but it didn't help.

Great location for seeing Madrid. Nice little roof-top bar with good view of the city. Well stocked breakfast with lots of choice.

Definitely not "rooms with a view" - you look out to a brick wall - but they at least try to make something of it with "neon-light art" on the wall. And the room itself was clean and comfortable
