Excellent location!

The AC is portable and it kept shutting off and then on. It was the most annoying thing! Also stairs are extremely dark. I even fell off the stairs cause you can see the steps, even during the day. At night there are lights with sensors in the hallways but the sensor identifies movement once you reach each floor. So you cannot see the last step in each floor. Very dangerous!

The apartment is beautiful because we had the balcony facing the street, Preciados and the Christmas lights the ambiance very festive. Perfect for 5 pax

The Main door downstairs was awfully difficult to open. The lift is dirty from the outside. It needs maintenance. And my husband and I had to use the stairs because the lift got held on the 4th floor as the door didn't closed properly.

Clean, easy reachable, in the center

central ventilation couldn’t be controlled, neither lowered nor turned off, therefore we had to keep our windows open all the time so that air can circulate to avoid room cooling too much. That was not very pleasant cause apartment is in the city center and we experienced all noise from the outside:/ That was the only downside and point to think how to improve

Rooms nice big and airy

The explanation about how to get in very confusing. Needs to be explained step by step. Ie. Key code for front door key box is . Key code for apartment is... Key code for your room is....

I liked the room and loved the location. The street was lovely

The only thing I didnt like was that the kitchen needed matches to work, and we as tourists didnt have them. In my opinion the room should provide what is needed to use the stove.

Te location was perfect. There were many options for restaurants, stores, historic buildings, museums to visit. The owners were very patient and attentive.

The only down side was that not all the visiters in the building respected the quiet hours at night.

Apartment was exactly how it looked on the photos great location door access simple when you have done it once. Amazing and clean busy street but apartment was quiet. Great cimmunication cleaned with fresh towels on are 3nd day😊

Really nice room really comfortable beds

Gaining access to the room took a little bit of practice 3 doors to go through digital key on my phone I prefer a normal key it will work every time

Property was in a great location in the heart of Madrid and was very clean and modern.

It wasn’t in the quietest location but it didn’t cause any issues and that was to be expected choosing to stay in the city centre.

location was more than excellent, pretty close from Callao metro station and to restaurants and places of interest we had plenty of room space and the kitchen had everything essential we had cleaning service every two days which we didn’t expect, that was really nice too!

it was noisy after 10 pm which is the policy. we had issues getting in the dorm bc of the lock system but we figured that out later the balcony had some red fabric that didn’t allow us to enjoy fully the room :(
