Breakfast wasn't part of the offer however, there was complementary coffee and tea. Location was prime. Easy access to the Metro taxi, bus and walking distance to Plaza del Sol, Plaza Mayor and to a ton of restaurants. Also close to LA GRAN Via.

We wish there was a larger/modern elevator. Very concerned and pro-active manager (Chris) ensuring we were safe and cared for during the great power outrage in Madrid and the whole Spain. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to stay to any of my family or friends.

Christian was exceptional. He went out of his way to help me with my very heavy bags and to ensure I was comfortable. And at the end of my stay he again went above and beyond helping me get to a taxi. The location of Arenal Suites was amazing, very central. I was able to easily walk to all the sights, and there were 2 metro stations less than 2 minutes walk away. The room was very comfortable, and cosy.

My apartment didnt have a view, the windows looked out onto other windows. But I booked at the last minute, and took the last room. When I stay again I will choose an apartment with a balcony. But the apartment was well lit and warm, so it really was good.

I recently stayed at Arenal Suites Preciados in Madrid and had an exceptional experience. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city, within walking distance to major attractions such as Puerta del Sol and the Royal Palace. The suite was modern, spacious, and impeccably clean, with all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for local restaurants and sights. The attention to detail in the decor and the high standard of cleanliness made me feel right at home. Additionally, the fast and reliable Wi-Fi was a bonus, especially for those who need to stay connected.

The apartment was very clean and everything you need for a couple days stay. The location was excellent. Christian met us with the keys and explained a few things. It did take us a bit to hook up initially because my phone wasn’t on wi-if and I couldn’t get into What’s app. I did eventually get Christian on the phone and he was waiting for us outside and we were already inside the building. Christian was excellent in providing us with some local information. It was great there was a little cleaning kit for the kitchen and also a clothes drying rack.

There was a washer/dryer there which was great however not a make or model we see in North American. Therefore I had to google the make and model in order to see how it operated, i.e., what the symbols were, etc. Instructions would likely assist in the proper us of the machine. I eventually.got it figures out but I’m sure the washer ran longer than needed.

The best thing about this property is the location! It's just a 2min walk to Gran Via. You're literally 15-20 minute tops away from almost all touristic sites and main attractions. Since Madrid is extremely walkable, this property is the ideal option for first timers in Madrid.

Not a huge deal, but the building was fairly old. First impressions when entering the buidling weren't great, felt a little unsafe, and smells a little bad. And the elevator is very, very tiny, only 2 people can fit a time. But the apartment itself is really nice, clean, and comfy.

Apartment was in a really good spot for seeing the beautiful sights of Madrid, a lot of attractions were in walking distance. It was clean, compact, comfortable and had everything we needed including a coffee and tea hospitality tray.

It was on a very busy street so noise could be heard outside, but not off putting, but not silent. Also there are quite a lot of apartments within the building, so general noise can be heard a lot, doors banging, talking etc

A lovely 3rd floor apartment in a busy, central location in Madrid. Good, responsive service from Christian, our host. The apartment was well-decorated and equipped, with plenty of space for two. The kitchen had everything we needed including a multi-function microwave and grill, plus a hob, and all the kitchen utensils and crockery. The bed was large and comfortable; although the mattress was little on the soft side for me, my partner loved it. The shower was spacious and worked well and we had no problems with hot water. We did not use the open plan lounge / dining room much, other than to sit at the dining table whenever we ate in.

The windows look onto only a central light-well. Our wifi did not work most of the time, although our host was very responsive in rebooting it which helped the second time. We were not at all keen on the building itself. It is very dated and has an old wooden staircase and ancient lift that rarely worked, as people on other floors did not close the door properly. Worryingly, there were no fire exit or fire escape route signs, and as far as we could tell the only escape route was down the one wooden staircase for the whole apartment building and via the front door. In summary, we would definitely use Arenal Suites again as the apartment and service are great (we have stayed in their Alicante property too), but we would definitely not book again in this particular building.

The room had a sitting area, bathroom was well sized for 2, bed was great, and we had windows to the outdoors. The bottom floor/reception area also served as the breakfast space, which was yummy and had many choices. I remember the server there was also very nice and friendly! Wish we had more time; there was a pool we never got to enjoy/ Great location as well

Great location for walking city center. Good air conditioner. Classic, antique elevator and wood stairs added to feel of old Madrid. Restaurants and stores everywhere. Good refrigerator.

Coffee pot is frustrating because you must repeatedly push button to get coffee to come into cup. Something about bottom sheet and mattress pad seemed uncomfortable. Maybe bottom sheet did not stay put - not well fitted?

One of the best facilities we have ever stayed in. Coffee maker, toaster, tea kettle,micro , stove , oven , washer/dryer , working hairblower , iron, ironing board , clothes storage , all amenities new. Nice little balcony . Good location . Maria met us there, & gave us some local tips.

Apartment great , but building entrance & elevator ( extremely small , good for 2 skinny peoplle with small backpacks only, even then difficult ). Entrance very dark. Difficult to find the door , but the neighbouring creperia was very helpful.
