The apartment was spotless. The staff was very nice. Good location but very noisy as expected for an apartment in the middle of the city.

It was very noisy. We could hear full conversations from people outside. There is some sort of club right in front, so the noise went on until the morning hours. Also, there was a door somewhere next to our apartment that was constantly being slammed. Our 8 month old was sleeping and kept getting awoken by the slamming door.

Very good location

Not very clean. I slept on the sofa bed so i had to use the bed cover stored in the cabinet and I found some hair on the bed cover.

Very comfortable and once I got used to the digital aspect it was fine appreciated being able to pay for earlier access though though 15Eu wss a bit steep.

Lack of connection to BBC news and cooking facilities weren't great. No chopping board, no vegetable knife ..if you want to just chill and not go tobars etc it was awkward. Would also have liked a coat hook on back of bathroom door. Would also have liked anexplanation dheet on using air con..would have liked a window I could see out of.. though used to bookings ss a single putting us in the attic .. could do with one of those steps too.. had to climb up on a chair to grt down the kettle and a bowl... very high up.

We had a great stay at the hotel Líbere Madrid Palacio Real and I highly recommend it! What impressed me the most was the automatic check-in and check-out system, which is incredibly convenient and fast. In a few clicks, everything was settled, without having to wait at a réception. The hotel is ideally located in the heart of Madrid city center, close to major attractions such as the Royal Palace and Plaza Mayor. This allows you to discover the city on foot, which is a huge advantage. Despite its central location, the hotel offers a quiet environment, ideal for resting after a busy day. The facilities are modern and well thought out. The rooms are impeccable, with a contemporary design and all the necessary comfort. I particularly appreciated the cleanliness and attention to detail, which show the care taken for the well-being of customers. If you are looking for a convenient hotel, well located and offering a smooth and stress-free experience, the Líbere Madrid Palacio Real is an excellent choice. I will return without hesitation during my next stay in Madrid!

The property is well located in centre of Madrid - property was clean and as it was self managed, hence it was great.

We were given the room on the 4th floor, which I understand seemed like a roof conversion, hence half the roof ceiling as tilted and due to this reason it difficult to stand in otherside of the room as our head hit the roof

Spaciousness and location. This property is definitely spacious for what you get in a conventional hotel in Madrid. The self-check in is really easy and also they have fast responsive time when you call them or chat them through WhatsApp. There was a slight issue with the early check-in but they sorted it out in a couple of minutes. Would stay here again and recommend it.

Only thing was that the bathroom sometimes stink and the shower drain cover was broken.

The location was very central to Madrid, with many Metro and bus stops close by to make travelling around the city convenient. The apartment was spacious enough for two people and the small kitchen adequate if you wanted to cater/cook for yourself. The building had very fast WiFi, should you need to work from the apartment.

The additional breakfast was limited for the price charged, but the items offered were otherwise good. Madrid is a city that is active until the early morning, especially in such a central location. So if you are a light sleeper you might be woken by the ambient noise from the street. The shutter on the window does mitigate the sound substantially.

Location was excellent, it was easy to find, instruction to get in was great! There are a bunch of great restaurants, bars and a super market right across from the building. I had to keep the windows shut the whole time. I loved that there is breakfast available for a small fee, and free lockers where I could keep my stuff for couple of hours after I checked out.

I wish I had asked for a higher floor room. As I couldn't keep the windows open due to privacy. While having restaurants and bar was great help with food and other needs, that also means no privacy in the first floor apartment.

All very clean with a beautiful view! Marvellous location and very spacious!

The entry code did not work at once. Then someone saw my code, so I requested a new one. Then my new code didn't work as it should have. I don't like it when people in the street can just see which code you're typing. Some protective viewing cover would be indispensable, imo.

Super responsive stuff! When we came, there was only one armchair in the living room nearby TV, we lived there for a 5 days and we planed to work from the apartment, so we ask customer service if it’s possible to have one more armchair so we can chill together nearby TV, and in 5 minutes poor:) girl administrator dragged the furniture into our room:) Thank one more time! Also it’s our first super digital hotel, where you do everything by yourself without any help (also it was cool to open the main door by your phone:)). Dog friendly (bowls and doggo bed). Stylish interior. Center location. Super good internet for working!

In the apartment with 2 rooms (separate bedroom and living room) there is tiny windows. I understand that is the building layout and hotel can’t do anything with it, but I missed the light.
