Everything just like the images! Pretty neat and clean, good AC, stunning architecture and lovely little balcony. Really enjoyed my stay, they offer a small kitchen too where you can get some breads or tea (there’s a machine to boil water ) and put things in a refrigerator. Nice place, really liked it. It was also very close to the gran via (about a 5 minute walk) and to the Plaza Mayor and San Gines.

Thin walls unfortunately, could hear our neighbours next to us doing it. Could also hear them simply speak or turn on the TV, but it wasn’t too big of an issue for me as it’s not necessarily any hotel’s fault

Small decent room, but we liked how clean it was. Our main factor was cleanliness, access to our own private bathroom and comfortable bed. Wifi and additionally there was a smart tv in the room. The shared kitchen was definitely a plus. Our room had a 'balcony' which gave way to the street. However, our definition of balcony is pretty different from le Petit Palu; it was basically an over-sized sill protruding the wall,though we liked the feeling it added to the room. During our stay, it was quiet within the hall, we encountered no issues at all.

Beautiful room and very close to the scepter which makes it very accessible wherever you go.

The room was not completely clean, there was a lot of dust and the air conditioner was not clean either. This caused me to cough a lot of the time during my stay. The bathroom is very small. The cleaning staff are very nice but they should also be mindful of the "Do Not Disturb" sign if outside and not be consistent in asking if the room should be cleaned or not.

The apartment was nice, situated in a very good location, very close to 2 major places in Madrid (plaza Mayor and Plaza de Sol). It was cleaned every day. There was a small kitchen with some useful utensils. The staff was very kind and correct. We found the location very easily according to their photos and messages. We left our luggage at a nearby location for free in the day of the check out.

Since the apartment was in the first floor, street view, it was a little bit noisy. Bathroom was small.

Location is perfect for anyone wanting to get straight into the centre of the city. The hands off experience was perfect not having to interact with anyone just left to it.

The shower was tiny, if there are any larger adults then the width of the access to the shower could well hamper your ability to gain access to the shower :)

Only too noisy from outside at night and morning . But place is very good. I wish I can stay more days but it was over booked :(

Comfortable room and perfect location. Close to the metro station and main attractions. Easy check-in and possibility to storage our luggage before check-in in a nearby location.

As the hotel is on a very busy road, the windows should have double glazing to prevent the noise during the night. Other than that it was a great stay and we would book it again.

Nice room, and great location

The windows were very old style and they didn't close properly. As such, the room got a bit cold during the night as the wind was coming through. One suggestion for improvement would be to have a few more places to put your clothes and towels. There was a wardrobe for the clothes but absolutely nothing to hang the towels in the bathroom or the wet towels anywhere to dry.

The location was great, room was very clean and the staff were extremely helpful with communication through WhatsApp. We loved the aircon in the room also as it was extremely hot in Madrid during our stay. Would definitely go back again if I were going to Madrid!

Located in the heart of Madrid, Le Petit Palu - Flora is really a good place to stay for a shorter-term travel. Excellent location, beautiful building, comfy and clean room! Highly recommended if you are in the city for a shorter amount of time and want to stay in a central location within Madrid.

While I liked how efficient the hotel is in regards to the self check-in, I would recommend the Hotel provide all necessary information (access number to the main door, and other information) atleast 30 mins before check-in. Also, it would be nice if a clearer instruction manual be made and shared with the guests. Overall, it was a lovely stay at the hotel!
