Location, clean.

I don’t like that modern hotels hawe strange doors to bathroom. I want my privacy. There is a glass door to the bathroom wich huge gaps. No lock, swings both ways. Not cool, stop this trend. I want normal bathroom door.

The Hotel is well situated in the centre of the City so within walking distance of a lot of the Site Seeing Places, plus the Metro is only a short distance from the Hotel. We had a Room on the second floor with a balcony, so you could look onto the street outside. The Reception Staff were extremely helpful and a special mention for Ivan. The Breakfast was lovely with so many choices.

Best location ever. Loved the old style/ contemporary mix highly decorated hotel. I loved its triangular shape and setting. I have never seen so many wonderful floral decorations in a hotel, and I loved it! The breakfast rooms are nicely appointed with a view of the local laneways. The restaurant is in the laneway Spanish style and has great outdoor heaters, so you can enjoy the passing locals and tourists. The room had all that we needed and thank goodness the TV had English speaking cable channels. They even had big towels and bathroom supplies ie shampoo and gel etc. I’d love to stay here again.

Easier safe access for older people into the bath- shower. If you are injured it’s a scary experience.

It’s in a great location. Everything is in walking distance and the metro is right next to the hotel which is convenient. Every single staff member was extremely friendly and helpful.

Really nice decor, large bathroom, good storage, loads of pillows for the bed, excellent location, good choice of restaurants nearby, complimentary drinks in minibar, excellent breakfast buffet.

The bed was not very comfortable. Not the worst but not great. The shower had not been properly cleaned, there was a lot of hair from previous guest on the wall and floor. The hand shower was placed where it hit the door and soaked the floor outside when used. We paid extra for a balcony with city view but the view is just of the street and fast food restaurants. And it was completely glassed in, which couldn’t open, so we never used it. The staff, while helpful and available, were not very friendly.

Our room was nicely appointed and very comfortable. The greatest feature of our room was that it had 2x double pane windows with room darkening shades that make it possible to get good rest any time of day, despite facing the busy street below! Overall, this is a very nice hotel in a good central area. Included mini bar stocked with refreshing drinks besides just water was a nice touch.

My only complaint was they only had dehydrated coffee available in the room. Also, some of the surrounding restaurants seem a bit more touristy (i.e. buffets) and we found ourselves gravitating to more authentic neighborhoods to explore (Centro or Barrios de las Letras) - all within easy walking distance.

This hotel was one of the best we have stayed in. The room was lovely with a great view of the restaurants below. It was a minute to Gran Via. The room and hotel were spotlessly clean. Anything we needed was dealt with immediately. There was a complimentary mini bar in the room. We went for my partner's 60th Birthday and on the evening of his Birthday we had a knock at the door and were given a small bottle of champagne and chocolates for him. It was a lovely touch. We had breakfast booked in their restaurant Cafe Varela there was a great choice it all seemed very fresh and the staff were all lovely. There was one lady there whose name I sadly did not get but every morning in the restaurant she greeted you with a great smile and a good morning. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel we had a fabulous stay there and would definitely stay there again if we return to Madrid.

The location is absolutely fantastic, putting you within walking distance of major attractions and dining options. The hotel was impeccably clean and modern with stylish decor. One standout feature was the complimentary drinks offered - it made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel breakfast exclusively available for guests was a wonderful perk. The peaceful atmosphere made it a relaxing way to begin the morning. I highly recommend Preciados for anyone seeking a convenient, spotless and well-equipped place to stay!

The licalization of the hotel in Madrid is more than central, within walking distance of everything. The hotel lobby is quite tiny, but the size of the room was ok. Also the room was very well equipped and the bed very comfy.

At the reservation I could only make the booking for single only, for king size bed room... I was expecting a tiny single room, but actually it was pretty large. The only problem with it was that the window was looking to an internal closed courtyard of the hotel and was opening right from the stairway, causing some noise.

The front desk personnel were excellent. They helped us with reservations to restaurants and shows. They even went out to the street to get us a taxi. Umbrellas in lobby for when needed. The restaurant was excellent. Breakfast was very good with a good variety of food. The location was excellent. Whenever we ask for anything it was immediately delivered. Cleaning staff was very good and helpful. They wanted to be sure we had all we needed,
