The location is good. It is nearby airport. People can with bus 200 from airport to this hotel. People can take bus 53 to the city center. Man can take bus 115 or 200, then take Metro 6 to different bus station, from there are buses to Toledo, Segòvia and Àvila. There is a shopping center nearby this Hotel. There is a supermarket and restaurant.

The Wall between shower room is bad and some corner of toilet is not so clean.

We went for a staycation. The breakfast was great! What we were expecting with so much variety and nice staff. They are the first people I talked to right after waking up so it was very pleasant. Very clean rooms. Adapted room is great! I love that there is a huge desk where I can place my things and my suitcase. So many good restaurants around the area! Super pretty hotel in general!

Location is not the best for sightseeing. Not a problem for a staycation :) But there is a bus that takes you directly to city center and it takes an hour or if you are brave enough, bus + metro and you'll be there 30 minutes minimum.

Lovely friendly staff all round. Nice big hotel. Nice little seating area outside. Great breakfast selection with fresh eggs of your choice. Restaurant menu has lots of good options also - I got the pig cheeks and my friend got the chicken strips and I highly recommend the pig cheeks. We were very glad to find this hotel and then when we got there it was even better than expected. Couldn’t have asked for anything better from staff to food to location to even the view out our window. Beds were very comfy too so made for great nights sleep.

This hotel is absolutely lovely, beautifully designed, clean, and very comfortable. The room was spotless and well-organized, with everything we needed. What truly stood out was the staff: incredibly friendly, kind, and always ready to help. They made us feel genuinely welcome. Highly recommended!

There was nothing I didn’t like about the hotel, everything was great. My only regret is that I didn’t have enough time to enjoy all the facilities, like the pool and the fitness center.

Useful for an overnight stay whilst we were in transit. Good price. Nice rooms. Breakfast was great - lots of choice, and in a lovely airy breakfast hall.

It was in the business district, and I hadn't quite realised that there would be so few restaurants around. We just wanted to walk out for a quick supper having arrived late and needing to set off early-ish the next morning, but there wasn't much on offer. It was a slightly longer drive from the airport than shown too. Another time in this situation I would either travel a bit further into town for a more fun experience, or just stay in an airport hotel for greater convenience. However if you are on business I suspect this would be ideal, very well placed.

Handy location for airport and also exploring city with regular busses within no more than 10min walk. Very friendly staff, lots of space in rooms and also in whole hotel. Rooms were clean, well equipped. Very quiet: no noise from street level or within hotel heard in room. Whole hotel is very sophisticated looking.

The fridge in room wasn't working & wasn't completely clean but being a short stay we didn't need it. Very dim lighting- no option for overhead light in main bedroom.

Stylish hotel and spacious rooms. Breakfast had a lot of choice. All the staff were friendly and professional. The air con was great and the surrounding area was relatively quiet compared to hotels in the city centre.

There was a sports match being shown in the lobby one night during my stay and I could hear cheering and shouting all the way up in my room on the top floor after 11pm. It felt like there was virtually no soundproofing provided by the front door to the room.

The hotel is beautiful and exceptionally clean. Its in a really nice district of Madrid , which felt safe and not overly busy. There is an outdoor swimming pool open daily from 12.00 midday, but its freezing , even in 30 degrees heat. Its a 10 min walk to a lovely small shopping centre with restaurants, cafes and shops. There are 2 restaurants about a 2 minute walk away from the hotel but the spanish cuisine didnt suit my 3 teen boys tastes. Burger King is also a ten minute walk away from the hotel. The breakfast was good with a good buffet selection, theres a lovely outdoor bar area for drinks and food overlooking the pool. We got Uber taxis to take us into the centre of Madrid, which cost around €20 euros for 5 of us each way. There are also electric scooters to hire, just outside the hotel for shorter journeys.

There was no milk or coffee in the bedrooms, only teabags and sugar. The swimming pool is very salty - and very cold !

Excellent facilities and loved that it had a pool. It wasn’t that far from the centre and had nice restaurants close by (just had to walk around and explore to find them) Amazing staff and extremely polite

Our room was essentially just for a bed to sleep in as we were out for most of the time however, the plug for the kettle didn’t work and had to unplug to tv to use that one for the kettle, some of the wall paper was stuck on with sticky tape, a 4 star hotel should notice these smaller details But everything other than those minor things for me, was perfect

Superb location, very helpful reception staff, shady terrace overlooking ‘cute’ swimming pool - relaxed atmosphere. Comfortable beds, good air con and always hot water. Nearby shopping/restaurant terrace with great public transport links.

Watery coffee…(?) and bar snacks bit disappointing, so decided not to take breakfast - but great local cafes nearby and didn’t affect my stay - I would definitely stay again just for location/reception staff, and access to a pool…
