The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the cleaning and restaurant teams. Breakfast was amazing, generous and full of options! The location was perfect: a calm, walkable neighborhood with easy access to everywhere we wanted to go. The mattress also exceeded our expectations, super comfortable and made for great sleep. We'll definitely stay here again when we return to Madrid. My only complaint is with Booking.com. They charged us for the full stay two days before our cancellation deadline. This has never happened to me before, and if I had needed to cancel within the allowed period, I imagine it would have been a headache to get a refund. I reported this issue directly to the front desk, who advised me to contact Booking.com.

The room does not have a coffee maker or electric cattle.

Excellent hotel, conveniently located close to metro and everything. I have stayed at Sercotel Gran Hotel Conde Duque couple of times before, and it has never disappointed me. The rooms are clean and spacious, staff is competent and helpful, and breakfast is varied and tasty.

There was only one small issue with the internal phones, and when people were trying to call the reception, the calls didn't reach the reception, but my room. Yet, this happened only about 3 times, which wasn't that much of a problem for me. Actually, it was much more of a problem for the receptionists because guests' calls didn't reach them, and they couldn't answer their requests.

The staff at the Sercotel Gran Hotel Conde Duque were professional and attentive to our needs. They were always happy to assist with recommendations or answer any questions we had. Everything was perfect.

Loved that this hotel is comfortable and outside of the bustle of the center of the city. Great access to the metro made getting around a breeze and we could come home to a nice quiet neighborhood. The breakfast buffet was amazing- we won’t forget this!

Temperature control in the room was challenging. It was cold and a little rainy when we visited but we could not use the heat in our room. Hotel staff said hotel had to be all in AC or all on heat. They accommodated with extra blankets which was fine.

Loved this hotel, beautiful building, very central and incredibly comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised by how luxurious the hotel felt as a traveller on a budget. I booked a single room, which was actually a room rather than an afterthought, with excellent facilities and a good sized bed. Staff were very pleasant when required, which wasn't often as everything just worked. I didn't take the breakfast which would have been an option, so I can't comment, however the location was very central with plenty of cafes, bars & restaurants nearby.

Nothing, everything was first class

The hotel is centrally located in Madrid, just a short walk from the San Bernardo Metro station. Situated in Plaza Conde Duque, it offers a quiet and charming setting. The hotel is impeccably clean and boasts an excellent location. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The gym was outstanding, equipped with a wide range of machines and weights—perfect for a great workout. Breakfast was delicious and offered a complete selection to suit all tastes. Highly recommended!

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the hotel—everything was excellent!

- Location: excellent location, many bars, restaurants and supermarkets around. Max 30 Min walk to the city center. 3 metro lines are within a short walk from the hotel. - Staff: are very nice and helpful. - Bed was comfortable. - Wifi was strong and reliable. - Room was nicely decorated. - At the reception, they always have infused water and coffee, which was a nice gesture.. - The hotel is in a side street so quite. No worries about the noise.

Bed very comfy, good breakfast options, friendly helpful staff. Overal feeling from the hotel is a high-level old-timer, fine-wood furnitures in reception and restaurant areas are amazing. I love this hotel, this was my second time in it and I will come back again anytime!

Gym was small with limited options. There was some recosntruction work going on so during the day it was a bit noisy but I guess it is something temporal only.

it is a 4 star hotel, the Hall is recently done it seems the room bathroom though was super clean but not new. bed super comfortable. In the room there were standard amenities for 4 star hotel and towel were soft! when we asked for parking they told us to park in a parking lot but we found right in front of hotel a parking on blue line which was super convenient as with eco car we had a DC. i would have appreciated a bit more info when we asked about it but it is ok. Location was good as easy to reach with the car as not too central, but with a 20 minutes walk we were already in GranVia. As we were looking for such a solution for us was perfect.

bit more info on parking would have been appreciated when asked via booking but ok. the bathroom was bit old with bathtub and not shower in an old style, if it would have been new it would have really gave an added value to the room.

Room, location, cleanliness were absolutely perfect and we really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was amazing and it was at a good price (we used a particular offer in place for that period) and really really satisfying.

Laundry is too expensive. I understand that everything needs to be paid, but I would find another solution to encourage guests to use the laundry service. We literally waste a lot of money just for washing clothes in the hotel. Literally almost 200€
