I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is unbeatable—everything is within walking distance. The rooms were spotless, and I was particularly impressed with the bathroom. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The staff was warm and welcoming, and a special shoutout to the lovely lady who managed the breakfast buffet; she was delightful. This hotel offers excellent value for money, especially with the added perks of being pet-friendly, breakfast included and having convenient parking just a 2-minute walk away. (available for a fee)

One downside was the breakfast. While the pastries, especially the croissants, were delicious, the lack of hot options like boiled eggs, bacon, or sausages was a bit disappointing. It wasn't a deal-breaker for me since I don't mind skipping those, but other family members would have appreciated having more variety.Breakfast is the reason for my 8 out of 10 rating.

Room is pretty decent, with private bathroom, hot water, and not far from elevator. Location is favoured with metro stations, bus lines and interesting parts of the city near by.

It felt like cusion has been used for a while, as I'm not heavy, but could feel the springs from the hip portion bending much more than feet and head. Comunicating through booking chat was deceptioning. Luckly, staff were just the opposite from in loco

location was the best just near Gran Via with lot if shopping and food outlets nearby. Metro station is also at walking distance.

The air conditioning was not working and it was too hot during day time and we had to open windows to let outside cool air in. When asked they said Madrid at this time has room heating only and opening windows are only way. Their breakfast spread was poor and very little options were there. Staffs were ok but never went beyond to help or delight you

The room 310 was the size and comfort i needed . The 3rd floor went under repair during my stay so it was loud but you have to do these things so not upset about it at all. They kept it very tidy and out of the way during the work. The breakfast was good but over priced for me . I'm a coffee and tortilla morning person.

Clean and quiet hotel. Decent and varied breakfast. Very close to Gran Via, public transportation and small restaurants . Staff very helpful

Small rooms. No eggs on the breakfast buffet so limited options if you don’t eat a lot of pork or wheat.

The location is perfect, very close to Grand Via. Room was very clean, and the stuff super friendly. The price for the late checkout was just right.

Our room was a bit noisy, the A/C control was not working, neither the safe inside the closet. When we arrived, the bedding was completely wet. We asked the staff if they could change them and they solved it quickly. Price could be better.

We didn't eat breakfast too expensive, location was great

room was very small mattress was very bad not good for back pain , we had issue about what blind kid the we reported they help us right away the next day they change the room I was happy on that

Very nice clean hotel and room - situated in a great location of Madrid. The staff were also nice particularly Isabelle who was very friendly and a lovely lady.

Excellent staff at the front desk. Very nice and helped us out on a stay after traveling all day and a mix up on another reservation! We were very appreciative and grateful to the staff there!

There was a big cockroach on the floor next to the bed in the morning.

The hotel was great value for money. Location was amazing with easy walking access across the tourist destinations. Room was a bit small. The room temperature was very high and the staff kindly listened to the issue and tried to solve the problem but still it couldn't get fixed. The only solution was to open the balcony door at night to keep the room temperature reasonable.
