A most welcoming hotel where the stuff really makes you feel at home. Everyone has a smile and a kind word, doing their best to meet your requests. While the hotel fixtures are not latest hour, you get what you need to be comfortable and relax. Breakfast is diverse, meat, cheese, smoked salmon, eggs, sausages, beans, pastries, milk, yogurt, fruit, cereals, etc. The location is central, 5 minutes to the busiest old-town restaurants, 10 min to the Picasso Museum, 15 min to Roman theater and Middle Ages fortress, 30 min walk to the beach. Ratio price/ comfort is good. It was a very pleasant stay and made me decide to return soon.

Very friendly staff. Very welcoming. Lots os smiles when we interacting. Very good size room with a balcony. It was cleaned well each day. Great location. Easy to walk around the corner into the centre of the city. Check in and check out were straightforward. Not the cheapest hotel but overall good value.

When we arrived the lift would not come when being called because the hotel staff were using it and had obviously disabled it so that they could control its movements. There was a service lift which was unused. No message to explain what was happening. Only happened on first day. Literally after we checked in. Not a good first impression. Breakfast had positives and negatives. Positive- good range on offer- fruit, cereal and pastries very good. Negative- the cooked breakfast was not topped up. The food appeared to sit there for the entire service. We didn’t eat late but on 2 days we had the last bacon on offer. It was not topped up.

The room is a bit small but expected for a 3 stars hotel , I was upgraded to a bit larger room than standard and had a small balcony facing the small of the back with restaurants so was interesting ; the staff are very nice and helpful and the breakfast was really good with lots of options and the location is super and very central in the heart of the old town and on the shores of the new to accessible to every where

Just the painting need to be redone and a better furniture and no coffee or tea in the room and the elevator is too slow and sometimes a bit of waiting

Lovely little hotel in the centre of malaga. Had breakfast, and the gentleman looking after the restaurant is super friendly and welcoming. One of the recptionist, possibly called Maria, was very friendly when I requested extra pillows. The lady called alexandra was super nice and efficient when dealing with one of the query I had. The young female cleaner was so friendly too always saying hello with a smile. Thanks so much to the staff in that hotel as I felt welcomed and appreciated as a customer. I totally recommend this hotel as the location is perfect and so easy to find.

This was a fantastic hotel because of the location, size of room, and excellent kind and sweet staff.

I'm not sure if it was the cleaning products (lots of bleach smell) or just the building itself but there seemed to be a disagreeable smell in our room and in some cases in the lobby as well. Personally, we just didn't like the smell. The hotel, especially our room, was cleaned daily, and you can see that they kept the property tidy and what appears clean - just the weird smell. I would have rated 9 to 10 if it wasn't that.

The room was large enough. The bed was comfortable (but the pillow too soft for me). The bathroom was also large and offering everything needed, incl. some complimentary staff (comb, tooth brush...). Distance from Alameda train station around 10-11 minutes on foot. Very central location and close to interesting places and sightseeing. Restaurants available around the corner literally.

I could not regulate the temperature with the air conditionning in the room during my stay. It was a bit warm inside (though in November) and the blanket quite thick. One can open the window but it might be noisy then with the passing trraffic. Good supermarket available at a walking distance of at least 8-9 minutes.

The staff were pleasant and helpful always a smile and hello. We thought the breakfast was very good and plenty of it something for everyone even soya, lacto free milk, herbal teas which I prefer. Our bedroom and bathroom were a good size with a king size bed, mini bar which was big enough to put a few bits in we needed to keep cool there was also a kettle, tea coffee etc. The bathroom had shower gell, shampoo, hand wash and body lotion.

Our room 406 was facing and looked onto a main road which could be a little noisy as revellers went home but nothing we didn't expect staying in a city and it didn't spoil our stay.

The location was great; close to both the old and new parts of town with a nice view of the River and most attractions are within walking distance. Staff were very helpful and friendly. A very big shout out to Miriam who served breakfast every morning. She greeted us so pleasantly every morning with a big smile and is such a cheerful and helpful person. Thanks Miriam! Breakfast is great and varied.

The weather was hot and the air-conditioning hadn't been switched on yet for the season, so the room was very hot. However, the reception staff were understanding and helpful so moved us to a lower floor and that helped.

It's located next to the old town, just on the edge of the pedestrian area. The bed was comfortable and the room was super-clean and well-equipped. Also had a great flat screen TV which was very well used because of the unusually bad weather on the day of my stay.

Noise issues: The room was noisy from the street. The doors can't be closed without slamming them, so there was occasional bangs from the corridor. Walls also not sound proofed enough, there was a constant snoring coming from one of the adjacent rooms.

This is a comfortable hotel 5 minutes walk to everything in Malaga. The room was comfy and bathroom great. Very clean and fresh towels daily. I’ve stayed before so I felt safe knowing where I was on my own and the 24 hour reception staff were lovely

Unfortunately facing onto the street there was a lot of noise all night long with people chatting and the bin collections at 2am. I would book a better room next time so that I could make coffee in my room
