The staff were a cut above the rest. Really went out of their way to make you feel at home, and were extra accomodating. The room was clean and nicely set up. The bathroom was very largs and had endless hot water. Rooms are air conditioned. And the lelectino for breakfast is quite extensive.

Just to stay as objective as possible - the only negative was that the electronic door lock to my room stopped working during my stay. When I noticed this, I made the staff aware and they fixed it immediately. Apparently the lock just needed a new battery. But as a lessons learnt: it's worth double checkin when at any hotel that the auto locks engage before you head out for the day.

We had booked parking in their sister hotel given instructions how to get to hotel but no information what to do when we got there (I presume we drove in took a ticket from the barrier and then the hotel clear it on check out as normal in ireland)but no you had to go into another hotel to get directions and key card and number of parking spot I was lucky as I had my colleague with me who was able to go into the hotel for the information ( which should have been given at check in ) as I had to keep driving around the block till she came out

The man on the desk in the morning was so helpful and immediately sorted out relocating to a different room when we had a problem with one particular room. The breakfast was great and very good value. The staff were so friendly and cheerful.

The first room we stayed in for one of 3 nights had a strange and unpleasant smell which would not go away even with opening the window. The lights sometimes flickered off for a few seconds, then when we turned one of the lights off it exploded and tripped out all the lighting in the room. We called reception and someone immediately came to reset the fuse.

The hotel is in a quiet and safe neighborhood, but still relatively close to the city center. The staff is friendly and smiling, the breakfast is solid.

My room had a view of the wall of the opposite part of the hotel.

Shower temperature is a bit unstable so you need to be careful, nothing extreme though

Staff was great and super helpful, bathroom was big and cosy. The bed and sheets where great and comfortable.

The walls are pretty thin, kept hearing people coming in late to their rooms, doors opening and closing, heard people talking almost like if they where in my room. Breakfast options where pretty poor too.

We ate breakfast in different local bars each day. We wanted to experience the Spanish way of life. We have used this hotel a number of times before & like it very much. It has a good location, friendly staff & is very good value.

Please don't change anything.

Located about 15 min nice walk from cathedral, lively safe surrounding streets. Staff professional and helpful. Didn’t get meals but lots of options around, including a Mercadona supermarket.

1, little far from the those attractions. 2, the windows are good soundproof but not the internal wall. we stayed for 2 nights. the first night was very quiet but the second night had some very noisy guests. we can hear every single words the next door guests said. from 11:30pm, there was some strange noise came from one of the rooms above ours. those noice sounded like some room having renovation. and the sound of grinding floor, moving furniture and throwing things to the floor continued from 11:30pm until nearly 3am. this hotel is pet-friendly, so we guessed that it was probably a movement from a dog.

Staff very helpful. Good location for taxi rank and transport. Walkable to centre

A little far to walk with children to centre but overall good location
