This is a nice little modern hotel on the outskirts of Bilbao, I was traveling by Motorcycle and it was my last night before catching my ferry back to the UK, it is only 10 minutes ride to the ferry terminal which is why I chose it. The staff were fantastic, a smile when I walked in and just so helpful. My double room was on the compact size, but great for a night or two, there is a Cafe/bar downstairs which had nice food, this turned out to be quite useful as the Hotel is a long walk to Bilbao city centre and the river, 5 miles there and back to be precise. They have a small underground car park where I was able to park my bike which is always a top consideration when riding and staying overnight somewhere. Overall I really liked this Hotel.

I had trouble connecting to their wifi and even the very helpful reception staff could not get it to work, the in the morning hey presto it was working.

This is a superb hotel. Great location for the port, secure free underground parking, very helpful and kind staff, large and well equipped room, excellent restaurant at an amazing price and overall very good value for money. The local urban railway is close by, straight to the centre of Bilbao for €2. A real gem of a find. It was fully booked, even midweek in early June, and I am not surprised.

Clean business style hotel, on the edge of Bilbao, Room was a good size, comfy beds and clean and tidy, free underground parking for our motorcycles, 15 minutes from ferry. Petrol station below hotel. Bar and Restaurant, Please be aware, the Restaurant is not open at the weekend and bar closes early. Small town close by, 10 mins walk or 2 minutes by Motorcycle/Car. Overall great for nights sleep before early ferry crossing.

Bar closed early, Restaurant doesn't open at weekends in the evening for dinner.

Staff were very helpful. Hotel was clean and spacious. Hotel was located in an industrial estate. Train station to Bilbao only 4 minute walk. Location to the ferry was 15 minutes drive approx.

Hotel restaurant/bar closed at 8pm on friday and Saturday. Closed all day Sunday. Need to be open everyday til at least 11pm. Went to order food at 6.30pm on Friday and they had stopped serving food? Not sure what time they finished service at. Ridiculous.

Staff confident in English, very helpful as I have no Spanish. Room was large and comfortable, and it was nice to have a walk-in shower. Parking available both outside and in an underground car park (very steep access though). Easy to get to from major motorways, and was less than 20mins drive to the port for the ferry the following morning. Staff very helpful at every point. Would stay again if using the Bilbao Port.

A few ants were moving around the bathroom. Wifi wasn't clearly advertised, so in my sleep-deprived state it was easier to continue using my data. I may have been very sleep-deprived and not looking, but couldn't see where the restaurant / breakfast would have been, had I been interested. Location meant there was no obvious restaurants nearby, looked like an industrial park.

Great little business folks hotel. Modern clean, free secure parking, everything you'd expect.

Location is in the middle of an industrial estate which in turn is in a business suburb. Which wasn't a problem for me. HOWEVER... the building also houses a fuel terminal, which in itself is dubious, but if you get a rear room don't expect to sleep after 06.30 due to the truck noise etc.

Great spot to head to Bilbao port for the ferry. Great train access to Bilbao centre. Staff were very helpful. Rooms were very comfortable.

Restaurant/bar closed at 8pm on the busy weekends. Closed all day Sunday? What is that all about? It is a Hotel should be opened at least until 10pm every day. Went into the restaurant at 6.30 pm on Saturday evening and there was no food being served?? This needs to be looked at.

We would like to higly appreciate the lady at the reception (morning shift) for her responsiveness and hospitality. The hotel is clean and comfortable, with delicious breakfast (not included). Commuting trains to the centre are quick, clean and air conditioned. Tickets can be easily bought at the train station Urioste.

when I booked it through booking.com I searched foe bilbao hotels and this was described as "3000 yards from town centre". it was, but not the town I wanted to stay in. this is not the fault of the hotel, but booking.com. I have no faults for the hotel, it was excellent
