We were staying for one night (3 persons). There was a shower inside the room (when I checked reviews, a lot of people were disappointed, but I couldn't see any problem here - you have curtains to hide you when you get out of the shower). The bed was comfortable (hard mattress, but very small pillows for me). It was air-conditioned. It was possible to close the windows so much that no sunshine could get inside, and you could sleep in darkness. Breakfast not included, but you can pay 10 euros per person (not so much to choose, but no one will be hungry - not sure about vegetarian). Not enough parking places near by hotell, but there is possibility to park your car near by hotell ( very helpful stuff).

The staff were all super friendly and accommodating. The room was minimal but modern and clean and cool which was perfect for our stay in the summer. The shower was excellent. Breakfast was a good selection of fruits, pastries, meats, some cereal, fruit juices including a fresh orange maker and coffee machine. Evening meal was a smaller selection of dishes but never failed to find something I liked. Also it was an easy bus ride into town on the No.16.

There was no mini fridge to keep our chocolate from melting or drinks cool while away from the hotel during the day and no means of making tea in the room. I'd assumed there would be, but these items were not listed as included when I booked so can't hold it against them!

Staff were so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, and they were quite happy for our large group of cubers to take over the dining table to practice for their speed cubing competition. Beds were comfy and the black out blind was fantastic.

A little bit more storage space would have been good as we were staying for a week. Out of town which was perfect location for us at the Navarra area, but may be a problem for some people although I believe there were frequent buses.

The rooms and all communal areas were all clean and functional. Staff were always polite, friendly and were knowledgeable when asked advice on local matters. A very relaxed and enjoyable stay.

We chose this hotel due to its location and proximity to an event we attended. If we did not need to attend the event we may look at other locations to be closer to town.

The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and fresh. The main area was great to be in with our fellow travellers. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The aircon in the rooms was excellent. We had a brilliant stay. There was a bus stop right outside and it only took 15 minutes to the town centre.

There was nothing right near the hotel, except a petrol station.

Efficient, friendly staff; small, clean, modern rooms with exceptionally comfortable beds and simple but well-arranged facilities. Nice bright lounge/bar area near Reception; drinks and snacks 24/7. Good free parking right outside the door. Easy, frequent public bus service into town (staff will help explain and have maps). Excellent breakfast. Filling station next door with small convenience store.

Staff was helpful and friedly. Breakfrast was very good and well maintained by the staff.

Room was very hot (partiucalrly the first night before the weather cooled off) and having the window open was noisy due to busy street nearby. Hotel had not enabled the A/C yet (they said they do this on a schedule). Also, several mornings there were tour group busses leaving at 7:30 or 8 which mean that the breakfast was super crouded when I needed to get food before heading to my job. Not the hotel's fault but it did make getting out by 7:30 difficult since breakfast only opened at 7. Insufficient parkign on site for guests meant finding nearby street parking.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was quiet, we didn't hear the neighbors. Squeaky clean. The personal greeting with 2 apples and a bottle of water.

1. Parking is super limited!!! There was no space for our car (which I had really counted on) so we had to go look elsewhere and it's not easy to find if you come after 9pm. 2. The breakfast was way too modest for such a PRICE (€10 per person): 5 plates with cuts - ham, cheese, pineapple, melon and watermelon from yesterday (by the looks); bacon and scrambled eggs, cornflakes, different milks. No veggies at all. No juicer even though it was advertised as their distinguishing feature. I wouldn't complain if it cost half the price I paid. 3. The surroundings - it's an industrial area with a gas station right in front of the hotel. We were okay with it coz it was close to the Navarra Arena where we needed to go.

We visited at the time of St.Fermin in Pamplona and it was brillant idea that we chose a hotel out of town. There is a bus whict takes you to the centre in 10 minutes and drives every 15 minutes so you can really rest in the night, no noise. Room is small but it was ok for one night. Staff if friendly. We didn't have breakfast so I can't comment on that.

Hotel is located next to gas station, not the most beautiful environment, but ok. Free parking. We were very pleased all in all. Price is a bit high but it was St.Fermin time, prices were crazy in the town, this hotel was actually good value.

Great staff, quick check in, room is basic, but great for a single night rest. There is also a small gym on top floor.

There was no more "hotel owned" parking available at our arrival. There are two single beds which "drift" apart to create a gap between them. Room should be cleaner (mold at shower).
