Great location, so quiet, with amazing views of the beach, marina and out to sea. Lots of selection for breakfast. Good gym, indoor pool (although small), sauna, jacuzzi. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

The outdoor pool was not heated. There was no extractor fan in the shower room. The hairdryer had inadequate power. The parking charges were quite expensive over a week’s stay with a hire car. The evening meals here were more expensive than the local restaurants.

All meals/bar/snacks were of an exceptional quality. All members of staff from front of house/catering/cleaning were incredible/helpful/professional and informative.

Bizarrely the beds are 98% twins as in TWO single beds pushed together. 2% are actual doubles/lit maternelle (real two person beds). Front of House/Reception claimed this is due to the majority of their clients being German and customer preference?!

This Botel was beautiful and exceeded our expectations, we loved everything about it! It had plenty of character with the nautical themes throughout the accommodation and it was relaxing and tranquil in an amazing setting right next to the sea. The staff were fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. The bedroom was spacious and spotlessly clean. The entertainment was brilliant and the breakfast was delicious. We loved our stay and we can't wait to return.

The pool and the gym close too early. Shaky WiFi connection. I requested a quiet room well in advance but got one on the ground floor right next to the main entry and a large AC unit.

Dinner and breakfast buffet was excellent! And we had a beautiful apartment. Very friendely staff. Value for money!

We booked only one night, next time we will stay longer!

I used the Botel as a “base” for my cycling and I couldn’t have been happier about the choice. They had a partnership with a bike rental company that provided a fabolous gravel bike, they had a secure shed where to park the bike overnight, and also had a “convenience room” where I could indulge in a much needed shower after having checked out. The staff was very kind and accommodating.

Two minor niggles in the grand scheme of things: breakfast is from 8AM, which for “early birds” like myself (I was out on the bike at 6:30) is a bit too late, and the car park isn’t included in the room price. But perfectly tolerable for one night’s stay.

We love this hotel! Have eaten and had drinks here before so were looking forward to staying here, did not disappoint. Location, staff, food and drink, room were all excellent.

Check in was a bit confusing as we thought we had checked in online but had to repeat the process when we arrived. May have been a communication breakdown between Booking.com and the hotel.

The food at the restaurant at dinner time was bland and frankly not up to the standard of the hotel. It's like the chefs don't use salt. Breakfast was good and plentiful.

Hotel is gorgeous and i cannot fault it. The staff are amazing and made us feel welcome, as well as giving us a free upgrade. Absolutely loved this hotel and will be back!
