Where would I even start? Stayed for 8 nights with my boyfriend and we absolutely loved this hotel. Fantastic value for money. The staff were so attentive, nothing was a problem. The hotel is absolutely spotless, it smells gorgeous too! Clean, bright, airy, you just know you’re in an upmarket beautifully maintained hotel. On top of this, all the staff seem genuinely happy working there and are so friendly to everyone. We loved the pool. The breakfast each morning was a huge selection of food and was changing each day, we loved the chef in particular making omelettes and pancakes each morning. He was always so busy but he didn’t break a sweat! The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the beach and has loads of lovely restaurants close by if you don’t want to go into Alcúdia town itself. We were delighted with this location, as it is lovely and quiet and only a ten minute bus into Alcudia which is much more lively and noisy. This way, we had the best of both worlds. As you can tell, I can’t say enough about this hotel we just LOVED IT.

Absolutely nothing - it is a gem.

Exceptional qualify of the food and great variety each morning/evening. Friendly staff, good amenities (including co-working space which I found very convenient), free and fast WiFi. Different areas of the hotel were not crowded, and even in busy meal times the atmosphere feels very chill. There was always plenty of space around the pool and on the beach. Beach very close, easily accessible and really nice. Room had balcony and great views to the sea and the mountains both. Hotel has focus on sustainability and tries to reduce impact. Would recommend going up Puig de Sant Martí (if not too hot), visiting the old town of Alcudia and Can Picafort too.

Bring cash as all the ATMs (that i've tried) charge between 4 and 6euro extra per transaction. Water bottle in the restaurant/bar is a bit overpriced. Courtesy shower should have shower gel provided. I understand food is not allowed to be taken out of the buffet, but one whole fruit per person should be possible?

Great location (close to the beach, the shops, the supermarkets, restaurants. bus stops).The beds were comfortable, and everything was clean.Entertainment programme was super. Friendly and helpful staff.

When I booked this hotel, I wrote as a special request: I would like a quiet room. When I arrived I was dissapointed, because my room was by the noisy street. I told the receptionist that I was not able sleep in such a noisy room like that one. They gave me another room on the 5th floor...It was a bit better...but it was still noisy..I called the receptionist at night, to have another room and that the next day I wanted to talk to the manager. The following morning the receptionist told me, they had a room, which was quiet. So the problem was solved.

Amazing staff, amenities, wellness area and super comfy beds. Llast but not least - both dinner and breakfast were super delicious (with freshly fried squid for dinner and churros for breakfast). Wellness area is very well-maintained and clean. I was a solo traveller, backpacker, and I instantly felt like home. Strongly recommend!

Liked the hotel location and the overall hotel, staff were friendly, except on arrival, the breakfast was amazing, but the pool in the wellness centre was a little odd as there were a number of naked gentlemen exposing themselves which I found a little uncomfortable and when we viewed it a couple alone having "fun" which also seemed a bit much... overall apart from that was a lovely place, good night entertainment - rooms were able to hear other rooms easily.

I travelled solo and I was looking for a quiet hotel next to the beach with a wellness area and pool. The hotel staff were so friendly and approachable. The spaces were spotless, and cleaned daily. The location was perfect - right across the road from the beach. The breakfast buffet was fabulous - I think this was my favourite part each morning! They even had a 'solo traveller' seating area in the restaurant and it was nice knowing I could come to my assigned table each day. I was able to access the gym and sauna without any trouble. The pool area was connected to the hotel bar which was nice. Towels in the room were changed daily and everything felt fresh. I would definitely recommend this place :)

As I was located on the first floor, it was quiet loud at night from the entertainment music downstairs. I understand this is part of the holiday experience, but it was a little disturbing.

I spent my summer vacation of 9 nights with my family - two double rooms - at this hotel and I can declare myself fully satisfied with its services and its wonderfulness. From the friendly staff, who facilitated our access to the tennis courts and the transfer to the airport, to the hearty breakfast, full of tasty food-and fresh multifruit juices- and culinary surprises every morning, and to the impeccable cleanliness carried out every day, Grupotel Maritimo is a hotel that makes your vacation experience truly amazing.😁Not to mention one of its most important aspect: its position. Being situated at 5 minutes of walking from the splendid Muro Beach, 2 minutes away from the bus station and close to numerous unique restaurants defenetly makes the hotel the perfect choice. Moreover, I have to mention the view from the rooms which was truly magnificent; we were able to observe both the sea, the mountains and the lake.😎 We enjoyed every moment spent here and we are looking forward to coming next year.🤩😄🥰

This was our second time staying at this hotel in Playa d’Alcudia, and once again, the experience was excellent. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from the beautiful beach, which made our stay even more relaxing and convenient. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout, always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was warm and welcoming. It’s the perfect place for a relaxing holiday, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the Alcudia area!

I would recommend updating the furniture and improving the available facilities. While the stay was pleasant overall, some areas feel outdated and would benefit from modernization to meet today’s comfort and quality standards.

Hotel is modern and very clean. All staff, from reception to the restaurant, are welcoming and attentive. Rooms are spacious and fresh. There are 2 pools and poolside area is lovely - plenty of sunbeds and a general rule of no reserving, so there is no mad morning rush of placing towels. Food at the pool restaurant was surprising - lots of choice, good portion sizes and delicious. Hotel is in a great location - beach, shops and restaurants are all within close walking distance. There are bus links nearby, however a taxi to Alcudia Port is only 10 minutes and approx €12.

Breakfast was underwhelming - I would expect better quality for this type of hotel. There is a gym, but it’s small with only one treadmill, bike and cross-trainer so the space can become cramped quite quickly and waits for equipment. The indoor pool and downstairs surrounding area is very hot - aircon is needed as it feels uncomfortable. You receive a pool towel at the start of your stay and this is only replaced if you pay - I think it was only €2 but nevertheless, an unnecessary charge.

We really enjoyed our stay at Grupotel Maritimo! The hotel is close to the beach, the staff was incredibly kind and helpful, we loved the themed evenings, and having beach towels provided was a great bonus! We liked that we had outdoor & indoor pool with no extra costs. Unlike others, we had no issues with the pillows. You can choose to skip room cleaning and receive a voucher for drinks, which is a nice sustainability effort.

The room didn’t really feel like 4 stars – a bit outdated and had a slight unpleasant smell. Some upgrades would really help improve the overall experience. No smart TV so you can't connect to Netflix, etc. Maybe they should consider new mini-fridge as well.
