Brilliant selection of food for all meals of the day in the inclusive package.

Pool was very cold, kids were reluctant to enter any time of the day.

Super lovely staff! 2 big pools! Lovely food! Nice restaurant! Super comfy beds! Big bathroom! Quieter side of salou! Entertainment for kids on a night! Super clean! Second time going, and I will definitely go back again!! :)

Location is slightly further out but not the end of the world. People are taking up sun beds around the pool and then heading out for the day, which is super annoying, and I don't think they should be aloud as its unfair to other people.

Modern and clean with comfortable beds and very attentive staff. Food was varied, good quality, well presented and adequate. Premium all inclusive allowed us to jump the long queues for dinner !

Location wasn’t the best and entertainment was orientated towards the retired locals that frequent the hotel. We upgraded to premium all inclusive but even then some drinks had a significant cost (e.g. JD and coke). Air con didn’t work in the room and we melted at night.

I enjoyed the breakfast

I liked the location it was out of the way and quiet enough to sleep at night time. Great pools and lots of entertainment for kids. Handy shop on sight as well as atm and vending machines. Reception staff very helpful and kind. Cleaners wore very nice and helpful and friendly towards children.

The aircon in our room was not great didn’t feel like it worked at all. The pull out bed was very uncomfortable and the curtains wore down off the rail so the balcony light was shining in and didn’t go off until after 12am. There was a certain staff member who worked up at the lunch bar for snacks up the stairs who was very very rude and didn’t use manners and rude on more than one occasion. He was also working at the pool bar in the evening time and same again he was rude towards me and gave me the wrong drink and refused to change it when I asked. I also think the pool bar is very overpriced as it is €5 for one redbull just keep this in mind

We stayed in July / August 2023 and booked a superior family room for two adults and two children aged 11 and 9. The size of the room was fine and the beds were comfortable and cleaned daily. Fresh towels were provided daily if required and after 5 days we stripped all beds and new sheets and duvet/ pillow covers were provided. Storage space for clothing was a little bit lacking. We made do and it wasn't a deal breaker but a little more was needed really. Our bathroom was massive, huge bath with a shower over it, as well as a wet room style separate shower. Dove shower gels and shampoos were provided which smelt nice. Our room was on the third floor of the main building and faced the road with a pine forest behind it. Wasn't a particularly nice view but we weren't expecting herds of wildebeest dancing majestically over the serengeti. It got the sunshine in the morning but not the afternoon. The alternative view would have been a balcony overlooking the pool. The advantage of this would have been lovely sunshine in the afternoon, the downside would have been the loud music / entertainment all day and evening - your subjective choice. As a meat eater I was happy with the selection of food, plenty of meat / fish / cheese / salads / breads. If you've stayed all inclusive before then the deserts were typical little cakes, custards etc but self service ice cream machines were popular with my girls! My wife, however, who doesn't eat meat or fish struggled and this is one area where the hotel could easily improve. Each lunch and evening meal there are easily 8 meat or fish dishes but rarely vegetarian, so it would be so simple just to make a couple of dishes vege. They would make some nice salads but then add meat or tuna when it was not necessary. So improvements needed food wise for veggies. The pool? Well it depends on what type of person and what type of holiday you are after.

For the price-quality ratio I think it was very good. It is located in a very nice place - it is not in the crowded streets, but everything is close, even the beach. Quick check-in, clean and cozy rooms, daily cleaning. You sleep quite well and it is not noisy at all at night. Very rich daily program and wonderful animators. The hotel has many amenities and extras for entertainment. The food is OK. , there is something for every taste.

It really gets crazy in the restaurant. Some days it was quite noisy and it took a while to get in separate lines. The staff was exhausted. Maybe the seating should be expanded. We were not impressed that the soft drink glasses were always dirty.

Great space and facilities. Rooms and beds were very comfortable and cleaned everyday. We were half board and food was great so was good value for money. It is a huge hotel so lots of lovely space to hang about inside and out. Games room for young ones is well stocked, main bar allowed for everyone to enjoy with dance floor and bistro tables to the front, pool tables to the side and sofas to the back so you could relax or play cards etc. Felt very safe for family and teens. It also meant we could be together but do what we want.

The hotel is a 20 min walk to main strip and beach. It was great during the day but at night found we didn't venture back so missed the night time atmosphere and the fountains. The weather wasn't amazing so not sure how I'd have felt bringing all my beach stuff down either. Was handy out to cap salou and such great facilities there was no massive need to leave.

We enjoyed our stay. The food was always beautiful for every meal. We stayed all inclusive and there was a room stocked with snacks all day. There is a Al fresco restaurant that you can get some free meals with all inclusive from 12-18:00, the burgers are definitely worth trying. My 2 year old loved the play ground and it was right next to the kids pool with a sun lounger area between the both areas that always had available loungers.

The entertainment is not good. We stayed all inclusive a few times in different places and we always enjoyed different entertainment every night for both kids and adults but there was only one good night with music. No whiskey free with all inclusive.

We loved our stay at this hotel as it was our first holiday as a family with our little one who was 3 months old. The staff were so helpful and friendly. We booked all inclusive just for easiness and the restaurant was good every night, although it was pretty busy as the evening went on but the food was always replenished fast and plenty of options too! Our room was spacious and originally there was no cot in our room but the staff quickly sorted this for us with the hour. The room wasn’t too busy either and could only hear chatting in the corridor occasionally. The pool area was big with plenty of space to put your pram and not too crammed. The drinks selection was great included with the all inclusive.

The pool was freezing so our little one only went in for a few minutes before he was too cold, which was a bit disappointing.
