The apartments are very spacious with large balconies (we had a standard apartment for 6 but there are also options for superior with larger balconies/terraces.) There is a bathroom and a shower room so great for larger families. Fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine. Sleeping arrangements: first bedroom has a double, second has 2 singles and the large sofa bed in the living area also has a pull out trundle bed. 2 pools which were warm and sun loungers available. We stayed for 2 weeks and had numerous towel changes and new bedding half way through the stay. There is an option to park inside the complex or next door in the public car park, which is slightly cheaper. Gated access so felt very safe with our 4 children. Location couldn't be better. Far away enough from the strip so it is quiet but literally a 10 minute stroll to the shops, touristy bits and lovely beach. Close to all public transport too if you're not driving. Would highly recommend and we hope to return in the future. Thanks again for a memorable stay,!

The showers weren't great and didn't hold well in the wee holders. My husband managed to clean the shower heads so gave a bit more power. One of the kids beds collapsed but the maintenance had it fixed within 24 hours (it was a rust issue.)

Brilliant location. Really clean apartment. Had to pay a €200 damage deposit but was paid back to us within 8 hours of departure. Staff were very friendly and spoke good English. The room was a very good size and fitted 6 of us comfortably. The pools were very quiet some days it was just us around them. Plenty of sun beds.

Just putting something because it’s asked to not really the end of the world but had to make sure you emptied your own bins into the public bins across the road from the hotel. Depending on where you stay on the complex it could be a long walk. But definitely not a reason to put you off staying here.

We had a large apartment with a roof terrace which was fantastic. There were 3 adults and one child and we had lots of space. Unfortunately, at one point, the child got stuck in the bathroom but the staff were so swift and she was out in no time.

The neighbours beside and below our apartment were incredibly loud every evening. The walls are thin, that's something which is just the building but the neighbours were constantly dragging furniture and being exceptionally loud. The owners cannot do anything about this but it's important for those staying to keep in mind that there are others staying in the building.

We really enjoy our stay at Pierre & Vacances! Very spacious and nice place and great for children. The swimming pool was clean and the temperature of the water was good. We could enjoy our one week holiday. The staff was very friendly and answered all the questions we've had. The location was good. Only a 10-15 minute walk to the beach and there were a lot of restaurants and supermarkets close-by.

The only thing it disturb us a bit was that we could hear our neighbours. A lot of times it seemed like they were even in our room. It seemed like we've had no noise isolation. Luckily most of the them respected the time and didn't keep going with loud music after 10pm. We did see people using the swimming pool after 8pm, which wasn't allowed, however there was no check being done. One tip for the hotel would be to keep young people together in a building, and families in another building and elderly people in another building. These 3 groups have a different lifestyle most of the time and keeping them together in a building will make their holiday less enjoyable due to noise complaints.

Would give 5 stars all round except for two things the mattress in room 001 Val block was so so bad felt every spring, very very old should not be in use, and only 10 sun beds around each pool to cover 4 blocks each pool, if old or disabled like us cannot sit on lawn and even try and get up..hate towel huggers, if you didn't go out very early you could NOT sit around the pool that day, even a few chairs for older people would have been better than a day stuck inside...

-Furnitures are quite outdated, very small TV, bathroom needs some upgrades -Suggest to have "Do NOT disturb" sign so the maid won't just enter like nobody is in the apartment -Very thin walls with poor sound isolation, can hear the neighbors talking, walking, opening/closing the wardrobes etc... -No gym -Only few mini-markets around, the closest Alcampo is about 700-800meters away

We arrived late and received detailed instructions on how to get our keys in good time. Staff were very friendly and made checking in and out super easy. The apartments we had were big, with two bathrooms and two bedrooms. Great value for money. Well equipped kitchen. Big balcony. Walkable distance to PortAventura world and the beach front in Salou.

The apartments were a little tired looking. Normally I wouldn't be bothered about a working television, but as we were visiting in the winter months, we would've preferred a smart TV for the evening; signal wasn't great via the satellite anyway.

The apartments were clean and comfortable and the pools were really good.

There was nobody on site after reception closed at 5pm. It is easy to lock yourself out of the apartments and if this happens after 5pm you have to contact a local locksmith to get back into the room. This happened to us and cost €100. Nobody from the staff team was available. This is a safety issue if a small child is locked into the room and unable to reach the door handle which thankfully did not happen to us, it is also prohibited to double lock the door from the inside. The locksmith was easily able to open the door from the outside so I would suggest this is a security issue that needs to be looked at by the apartment reception team.

Like the location and the space in the apartment and the price was ok for what we got.

The grass surrounding the pool made the area dirty and caused the pool to fill up with grass and mud. There was also a significant amount of limescale around the side of the pool that entered the water. We also found a lot of cigarette butts around some of the loungers and the loungers were generally uncomfortable.

The apartment was very big - but I think it was upgraded free of charge because of my genius status with booking com, not sure... The rooms were spacious, the beds - comfortable. A huge terrace to have your morning coffee. There was a dishwasher which was handy. There was enough space for 2 adults and 2 children. Plenty of free parking on the street (in low season). A good nice walk to Port Aventura or to the town center.

The hairdryer didn't work - but they swiftly provided us with a new one the next day when we told them about the issue. There was no toaster in the kitchen. The area where the hotel is looks abandoned in the winter; almost no one could be seen on the streets, we managed to find only one cafe/bar/restaurant in the area to eat upon arrival even though it was mid-day.
