It was a very nice hotel - large room w / coffee . Full breakfast . Front desk staff helpful . The Bar was very fairly priced !

Location - I used the bus every day which is you pick up basically at the front door every 15 min —However it is a 20 min bus ride to city center - so made replete trips back & forth impractical . I learned that got me Location is the most important factor . I would put up w / a less comfortable hotel for a more central location .

The staff were really friendly, we were really impressed by the room. The pool on the rooftop was a bonus. All in all we were really happy. We were happy that it was a little further out as we found a local square and we spent some evenings there which we loved. The bus was about 20mins into the centre. This was also a nice experience as we got to see all the local areas.

Maybe (nit picking here) the hair dryer wasn't very warm but this is me looking for something to find. I wore my hair up most days anyway. The room was immaculate, really modern and has been refurbished to a high standard, small things have been taken into consideration - the shower does not leak into the floor/room. We were really impressed. Loved the shower gel/soap, it felt lovely on your skin. Loved the coffee machine in our room. All in all - really happy!

We loved our stay here. There is a bus that goes from right outside the hotel that takes you into town in 15 minutes. Being in the suburbs is refreshing - you can get away from other tourists and get more of a feel for the life in S S. Also the architecture of all the flats in this neighbourhood is very interesting, with each one having huge balconies and stacked on top of each other. The staff were great, the food was fine, the extremely new building was so clean and inviting in its design. And the rooftop pool was the icing on the cake.

First, there is free onsite parking, which is a plus. This was our main consideration as we were driving a van from Madrid to San Sebastian and the other hotel we were looking at did not have parking. Also, the hotel is modern and newly furnished. Check-in procedure was quick and staff were also really accommodating--they provided assistance in securing dinner reservation on the night we arrived and we really enjoyed the food at the recommended restaurant. We also appreciated the breakfast buffet, filling and really good donuts! We also had dinner on our last night at the hotel, which was also really good. The room is not that big (if you have large sized luggage would be tight by the entrance; however, we liked modern furnishing and very clean also! For toiletries, you have to get at reception. Also, the hotel is a near drive to San Sebastian old town and all, where you can get lots of delicious pintxos. Toilet is separately enclosed from shower. Lastly, pictures accurately depict room.

I think the shower would benefit to have additional place for soup and toiletries, as well as the sink. The aircon is set not too cool --- so if it's too hot, please call reception and they will adjust right away! We didn't know until the next day so we kept trying to lower the temperature and it didnt stay. lol

Liked the option of just getting coffee and a small sandwich for breakfast. Location was convenient. Nice modern place.

Parking was a challenge. While they have a large parking area, even with lots of empty space in it that is apparently reserved, you had to wait for an opening by a lighted sign, which you never knew when it would happen. Even for checking in, you could not use the parking area. More explanation of parking was needed. Had this been explained it could be dealt with.

Clean, modern hotel! Parking include on site. Welcoming reception staff ! Although hotel is out of centre has a bus stop directly outside hotel with 2x regular buses that take you straight into centre

Breakfast was terrible! We have been staying at several ‘more budget’ hotels on through France & Spain on our trip! All of them have been excellent in their huge choices and quality of food at breakfast ! With San Sebastián being very proud of their ‘food culture’ and this being a ‘4 Star’ hotel there was no evidence of quality or showcasing local products? It was very disappointing and a real missed opportunity for the hotel ? Get this right and it would make a huge difference!

Breakfast was great including a full buffet style setup with multiple options. Parking was also great. There were enough spaces in the on-site car park (which was free for all day), along with on-street parking just outside. The room was modern, relatively well specced and clean.

The gym was on the smaller side so didn't have a full selection of equipment, but was otherwise OK. Some might find the beds uncomfortable as they are very soft. We were two friends sharing a room with twin beds and the see-through bathroom/shower area was very interesting, although not a downside of the room itself.

Best breakfast! With fresh scrambled eggs, hot bacon, cold cuts and plenty of bread choices. Fresh juices and coffee. Breakfast area was comfy, clean and open. Rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable. Had a good night's sleep. View around town was wonderful, just did not have enough time to stay longer. And more importantly. . . . free parking and they are not the miniature parking spaces. Our van fit perfectly without any problems. It was very, very cold so the walk to the beach is out of the question for 2 handicapped sisters on a motorized w/c. We drove around the beach front.

Our room was excellent and throughout our four day stay the hotel was busy on the lower floors but quiet in all the corridors. We were never disturbed during sleeping time. Staff were excellent throughout and several were exceptional. Anastasia in the bar was amazing and so hard working. Never without a smile. The hotel is used by so many local people and we found that a big plus. We were there in October so pool was out of action.

The hotel is about 15 minutes from the centre of San Sebastián by bus but we did not find that inconvenient. The city centre bus stopped outside the hotel and cost 3.70 euros for both of us - regular service. Maybe some users did not like this but we found the bus travel fun.

Great place to stay for a few days in San Sebastian. Although you have to take the bus to go to the city which takes only 15 minutes or so. The hotel is very good, but we were there in October. It might be different in Summer. The parking was available and free, but might not be in high season. Spanish people from the neighborhood come to have breakfast, drinks and dinner. So even as it was October, it was quite busy. But nice and good atmosphere. We dit not see the swimming pool, but that must be great to have one in Summer.

As the bar can be quite busy, maybe they should hire one or two more persons for rush hours as the bartenders had to work very (too) hard.
