-the staff is all very lovely and friendly. very kind hearted people ! they were super nice to our son & espescially Aitara deserves a shout out for being so kind . -very lovely interior & rooms -free parking

-location isn’t great. there’s absolutely nothing around or to do. you need a rental car to go anywhere -nothing for kids, not even a small kids corner . not the best if you travel with kids -room service wasn’t great: a lot of money 22€ for a cold wrap with smoked salmon & cream cheese ! very limited range of food steep prices of food in the restaurant as well, Korean kitchen which is very special so you only do it once . -massage prices also very steep : 170€ for one hour :-/. plus capacity is very limited as a lot of outside people come to the spa and fitness -limited breakfast buffet , prefer to choose ourselves instead of a la Carte -no heating in the bath room so it stays ice cold , also very slippery marble floors so very dangerous again with kids

Its cosy and nicely done. For someone who wants to play golf it’s amazing after if I would come and visit Mallorca I would not come into this hotel I believe. Only for golfer and tennis player!

Missing some personnel staff to work. The room service is missing staff as well. Need to be more reactive and ready. Missing personnel at the swimming pool to serve client. Nobody came to ask if we need water or anything. Should be someone always taking care of the client at the swimming pool for such a quality ranking stars ⭐️

The only issues was we booked a twin and had it confirmed - went to room and it was a double but was advised housekeeping would change. 2hrs later no change and was advised we had to wait till the morning. We asked for an extra duvet but disappointed our 19&17 yr olds had to share a bed

Everything about the property was amazing. The rooms the friendly staff. The only bad this is the concierge there is one specific lady that promises and does not do. That fixed should be more than perfect the hotel.

Concierge

The hotel is an oasis of calm, from the minute you arrive. The interior spaces, outdoor planting, spacious but comfortable rooms, the scent of the flowers and the stunning pool area, create everything you need for a relaxing break. The breakfast is beautifully presented, the lunch at the outdoor bar is great and we enjoyed the delicious food in the restaurant. The staff also deserve a mention from reception to the restaurant staff, everyone is so warm, welcoming and genuinely friendly.

It is a 30 minute walk to the local beach but really you need a car to go to a less touristy beach.

The staff were amazing and so friendly and personal. They made the experience so much better. The gym is a state of the art gym and we enjoyed the spa facilities. The food was faultless!

The pool opening at 10am was quite late, especially with a toddler but not a big problem.

The facilities, the spa, the proximity to the tennis courts, but above all the friendly and always helpful staff! They really were always open and did everything for me to feel welcome and very well taken care of.

Location, facilities, rooms, spa, staff and restaurants were all perfect! The hotel also provides e-bikes per request for free and there are Tennis and Golf courses 2 minutes walking distance where the hotel helped us to book.

Best gym facilities of any hotel we've stayed at. The pools and landscaped areas were great and the rooms were well-appointed and designed. The staff were very friendly and accommodating of our requests. A very quiet and peaceful hotel.

There isn't anything within walking distance of the hotel, so you'll need some form of transport.
