Super location, 5 / 10 minutes to historical city centre. Hotel clean and comfortable. Staff were excellent, any requests we made were dealt with quickly and efficiently with friendly approach. We were a bit concerned that our room on arrival as soon as we phoned reception we were immediately moved to one that met our needs. Shower was first class and excellent tea and coffee facilities in room. Also handy fridge, super hair dryer. Lots of toiletries in room. Reception gentleman gave us a map of Santander and noted on it places of interest and restaurants. Staff ordered a taxi for us on early morning of departure- very reasonable under 5 euros to bus station and 3.20 euros on airport bus. We ate out for breakfast. Excellent hotel - value for money and good quality. Only issue it was occasionally noisy during night - other guests playing tv too loud etc.

Noise during night from other guests. We had difficulty opening windows to cool room, but reception staff were excellent we mentioned this problem on our way out for the day and they had sorted it by the time we returned

Good location for bars, restaurants and shopping whilst still being quiet at night. Comfortable beds and good walk in shower. Good lighting. Secure parking and easy to locate via sat nav. Tea & coffee a real bonus!

The room was a bit knocked about and the duvet didn't have a cover just a sheet. Parking was very tight and tricky and @ 15 Euros a bit pricey but convenient and in our case necessary. Heating not on in the room on arrival on a cold damp evening. Insufficient lifts for the number of rooms. The receptionist recommended a beach on check in but as i pointed out its December,dark and rainy, what a waste of our time and corporate line!

We were a group of nine men from the UK. Everything about our stay was perfect. The staff are truly incredible and go out of their way to make sure you have a perfect stay. They helped us so much with taxis from airport and around Santander, restaurants, and booking tennis and padel courts. Everyone had a smile on their face and so friendly. A special mention to Maripy, Isabel and Rosa (all staff are great but I remember these haha). The rooms are clean, bright and very comfortable and everything perfect. Breakfast was amazing and the breakfast staff really look after you. The hotel is located in a perfect place, close to main town centre where all cafes, Pinchos and Tapas bars are. You can also walk to the harbour and front and beaches. If you stay in Santander I recommend you stay here. Wonderful place with amazing staff. I would definitely come back again

The staff was really nice and helpful, always ready to make us feel at home. The location is great since you are close to everything and is great for going out and eating and also visiting the center of the city.

The park isn't big enough and can't be reserved so if you arrive late and the park is full you need to park in a public park at the end as explained in the booking but this park is tricky to enter and is a bit too narrow inside. Also the rooms are very nice but the walls are thin I was able to listen to the person in the room close to mine playing at the phone and a lot of time we wake up with other people arriving their rooms so if you have a soft sleep be aware.

Friendly staff. The bedroom had a good size with very comfortable beds. Very good location, perfect to walk everywhere. We did not get the breakfast buffet as there were several options nearby. Having a Kettle and a coffee machine in the bedroom was a lovely detail. We definitely recommend it and we'll come back on our next visit to Santander.

The double windows didn't fit properly. A bit noisy at the weekend since the area has a lively night life. However it didn't bother us too much, as we used earplugs to avoid usual disruption from other guests in corridors, etc.

Great location near to restaurants, the seafront and shops. About 20 minutes walk (uphill) from the ferry port and bus station. We had a lovely airy and quiet room at the back of the hotel overlooking private houses and gardens. Clean.

Unfortunately the smell of drains in the bathroom was very strong. We got rid of it for a while by running the taps but it came back. The bedroom was fine. The room also needed some hooks for coats - it rains a lot in Santander and some USB charging points.

Dog friendly (for 25 euro🤪), walkable from the train station, comfy bed, reception helped me with uber eats order 🤣

I stood on a tiny shard of glass in the bedroom!? I was able to pull it out but made me wonder about cleanliness. Noise insulation poor, I could hear the guy next door coughing

Great hotel for a one night stay in Santander - Easy to get to via airport bus then walk (albeit uphill) - if you had luggage a taxi probably best but we just had small rucksacks - clean and comfortable - football match the night we stayed so could hear some celebrating after the match but nothing awful and still had a great sleep after walking about 10 miles around Santander ! We easily walked to bus station to get a bus to Bilbao following day (90 minutes journey)

Really friendly and helpful staff. The location is great! We chose this hotel as it is dog friendly and it did not disappoint. Secure parking available. As others have said, the outdoor parking area is small and the entrance very narrow - take care or ask staff for help should you need it. We managed fine as we arrived early so there were only a few cars parked. Luckily we had day light, room to manoeuvre & could pick a suitable space for our vehicle.

Quite a musty/damp smell in our room.

Good location. Very close to the ferry and convenient for the city. Dog friendly, although like most of Spain, they aren't allowed in any public areas. Good breakfast, which we took separately. It's good to have private parking. We parked in the indoor car park. Access and spaces are tight. There's also an outdoor car park.

Very firm mattress but that's just preference, I guess.
