The Hotel is 10 min walking minutes from the Sevilla city / sightseeing located. The Staff (except the cleaning) speaks English and is well-trained. Receives phone calls, and you don't have to wait for too long to do a booking. Knows how to deal with customers. My room was located on the 2nd floor, facing Main Street, but you don't really hear the stress noises. The room was spacious and furnished with a clean bathroom, wardrobe, TV, minibar, etc. They welcome you with a bottle of water, which is really nice. If you are coming by car, the car-park is down below the Hotel, which makes travel much easier. They even have 1 electric spot for your E-car. If you would like to stayer higher up - as the Hotel has 9 floors) I recommend you, to call upfront your booking and to ask for your fav. Floor. The reception is 24h there for you. I am already a huge fan of the Hotel Chain and will try out the one in Córdoba, Eurostars Azahar.

The first room they have given me - for Christmas 25.12.23!!! It was a pitch-dark suit during daylight (1 p.m.), also located on the 2nd floor, I believe it was NR. 211, and my Christmas mood instantly changed. I mean, who wants to stay in the broom closet if you have paid for such a nice Hotel? I recommend you strongly to ask about the view upfront of the booking! But, they handled the situation well and got me another one. (I have added the darker room, so you can see the difference of atmosphere) On Christmas Day!

Very well located on the main street of Triana neighbourhood but still very quiet. We had a room on the 5th floor with parking included- parking places are huge considering that this is Spain:) very comfortable. Room was also spacious and comfortable, with a large bathroom. Concierge service was very helpful with all questions. Breakfast was very good also.

A small issue- the cleaning lady was too eager to clean the toilets and left a quite big spot of cleaning agent (domestos or similar) on the plastic seat of the toilet which spotted my pants, but I could clean it fortunately. But really nothing to complain about, if I would have been more careful I would observe the cleaning agent on the seat.

From the outside, it might not look like much, but the interior is very nice. Very well kept and modern. The lobby was basic but had water as well as a cute waiting area. The rooms were also nice and clean. The bathroom was well lit and had a nice shower place. The room service was also nice. Parking was convenient being directly under the hotel and in a secure spot so that felt also nice. Staff was nice and showed us the place via map.

Elevators - Only 1 elevator goes to the garage. We sometimes waited 5+ minutes because it was never coming to our floor. More facilities would have been nice such as a pool perhaps like other hotels in the center of Sevilla. Overall nice experience though. A 10-15 minute walk until you reach the main area of Sevilla though.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and modern. Rooms were spacious with extra-large beds and very generous balconies. It was a 20-minute walk across the bridge to reach the historic centre but we knew that when we booked and were happy to trade the walk for access to secure parking. Breakfast was good with a reasonable range of hot and cold food, fruit, pastries and yoghurt. We arrived early and were delighted to be able to access our rooms immediately.

The only slightly negative experience was our difficulty accessing the hotel's car park on first arrival but we were able to park in the public part of the facility until we had sought advice from the hotel's very helpful receptionist. Access to the hotel's parking area is partway down the slope on level 1. Before turning right towards the barrier, new arrivals should look for the electronic panel immediately below the hotel sign on the left-hand wall of the main access lane, and press the very small button at the very bottom of the panel to contact reception.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Checking in and out very easy. Modern decor throughout. Room was spacious and had a spacious balcony with two sun loungers. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Bedding and linen was in good clean condition. Breakfast area is very modern and there was ample selection of hot and cold food items. Quality of the food was good. Note, that the reception is on the first floor. If you are arriving by car and have booked parking with this hotel, then go to the underground car park "Aparcamiento Insur Buenos Aires" located on C.Arcos, go part way down the ramp and use the wall mounted hotel intercom. Parking on Argentina and in the side streets is very problematic. Car park is very well lit and very clean. parking spaces are a reasonable size. The hotel is located in an established area of residential flats. Found the area to be safe and many interesting walks. Short 7 minute walk to the river and then on in to the old town. The bus stop at Genova (Plaza de Cuba) for the Red and the Green city explorer buses is a short 6 minute walk. There is no evening restaurant but plenty of local places to dine.

The quirky arrangements of lifts.

Beautiful hotel not too far from the old town. Both taking the bus and walking to the old town are viable options. The room was very quiet and I really enjoyed dinners on the large covered terrace (although there wasn't much of a view, just some office buildings on the other side of the street). There are restaurants and grocery store within short walk. Parking spaces were large enough to not worry about scratches.

Wish instructions on getting into the garage were provided upfront. I had to drive around and go talk to the receptionist before I could get in. You need to stop in the middle of the ramp leading down to the public parking and get the reception to open the hotel parking gate using the intercom on the wall which is not clearly marked and has no instructions.

As stated above, the room was clean and comfortable. Also quiet despite my room facing the main road. The staff were welcoming and very helpful. I chose it more for location as I was in town for a specific meeting but it exceeded my expectations. The parking situation is also fantastic and I would recommend you pay for or get a package that includes parking if you are driving to town. I didn't visit the old town center on this trip but this hotel is only about 15-20 minutes walk from the Cathedral.

I can't think of anything I didn't like.

The hotel is new and spiffy in feeling. Very quiet in general. The room was of decent size and actually had a bathtub. The parking garage is well lit and spaciou

Only two things--one big. One small. The main negative was the AC system. The wall mounted instructions were useless and the AC just didn't seem to work. I only realized this the last night as the prior one was cool enough with the small crack in the window that was allowed. Second: getting in and out of the garage was cluggy. It required me to get out of the car, leaving it on a steep ramp to call the front desk to open the gate. Going out I also had to get out and call. Maybe I misunderstood how it worked but it seemed awkward and poorly thought out.

Property felt secure, was very clean and well decorated. It was in an accessible location to the main attractions of Seville. The room was very well equipped. Onsite parking was very helpful, and it was nice that we could stay parked beyond check-out.

Parking instructions were not very clear - it would have been helpful to have some instructions provided by the hotel ahead of time. We were told by staff that we could drive right into the parking garage but the gate didn't work without a hotel key card. When we informed staff, I was told that I could drive right in (even though I had just told them my experience was the opposite).

Location good- ten min walk over the river to main town and also near restaurants-those along river bank good views, better food over the river and near the food market (second bridge down) / in the main town. nice balcony. friendly staff nearby minimarket for snacks and good bakery over the road,

Gym good but in basement and was warm as aircon locked at 24 degrees. no kettle in room which would have been nice. air con in room a bit mysterious- we had to get the staff to fiddle with it to get it working well
