The hotel is in a perfect location and we were able to walk to all the tourist attractions. We didn’t spend much time inside but the plunge pool and terrace were an absolute bonus. And all of the staff were super friendly and most helpful.

Only small considerations: coffee maker instead of kettle for tea. We are British! And no space in the fridge to keep a bottle of water. The TV irritatingly came on every time we returned to the room and if there was a power cut. But this was rectified later in the week.

Beautiful hotel. Excellent location, few minutes from the main shopping area & about 10 minute walk from the cathedral. Breakfast was great, lots of options, and alcohol! Staff were all lovely, friendly and very helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable. Also very quiet. The roof terrace (yes, it is small, but it is on a roof in a middle of a city...) was very welcomed during the heat. Also a nice terrace on 1st floor which was quiet. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Only suggestion would be to have room in the fridge for own drinks/water, especially in the heat, rather than filled by the minibar. Also a kettle would've been better than a coffee pod machine in the room, but that's just personal preference as I only drink tea, not coffee.

Great choice of foods at breakfast, probably way too many cakes, but its a choice. Hotel was very quiet generally. Bar area was comfortable with a good range of drinks.

The long black hairs that fell out of my bath towel when I dried myself after my first shower! Neither of us have long black hair so I guess they got caught up in the laundry. Not nice all the same. The "hot" food on the breakfast buffet was barely warm and really not nice unless it had just been brought out from the kitchen. The scrambled egg had a puddle of water in the middle of the bowl! Can you use proper bacon rather than warmed up slices of ham? Would have preferred fresh orange juice rather than that made up from concentrate, after all the hotel is in Seville where there appeared to be many oranges. The nuts you serve with drinks are too hard and tasteless, how about giving crisps instead?

Hotel is in a great location for eateries, shops and short walk to the cathedral etc The hotel is a boutique hotel but rooms are spacious and are decorated well. Bathrooms are small but everything exceptionally clean to a 5 star standard. Well done to the domestic staff The breakfast is good although you are not informed that you can ask for an omelette which are delicious I am not sure if this is extra but wasn’t for us Victoria is excellent at her job at reception she is pleasant informative and knowledgeable. She was the person we went to for anything we needed. Excellent employee

I thought that poor Alfonso got very overwhelmed if there was more than one person to serve at the bar area he can look like he’s completely stressed The bar closes at 10.30/11pm if your out all day on tours and dinner and fancy a relaxing drink when back to hotel unfortunately after this time you can not get anything There is no residence lounge and when you try room service it closes at this time as well. This would be our only issue with hotel

Excellent location to allow walking to all points of interest but also access for taxis. Beautifully designed accommodation (Spanish theme with a contemporary twist), clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, with a very good variety of choice. Friendly staff went out of their way to try to help in all areas.

We stayed in a ‘perfectly formed’ small double. My only comment would be that the sliding wardrobe was extremely tiny with shelves one side, that weren’t deep enough to lay clothes on and the other side (which was meant for hanging), there wasn’t enough depth as a safe was placed beneath, which meant all my clothes got creased.

Immaculate. Great location, right in the heart of the action. Fantastic staff who go the extra mile. Our broken to non existent Spanish was enough to get us by. Truly lovely lavish spaces do not disappoint. The room was well decorated, spacious and has a coffee machine and a stocked fridge. Rooms were cleaned every day to the standard it was on day one - very impressive.

The roof terrace is a lot smaller than it looks on the photos. If there’s another group of two or three up there it’s crowded (at least for us). No bar facilities up there and the pool is more of a splash pool for two. I’d estimate the whole terrace to be 4m x 8m approx. Not a deal breaker, but slightly disappointing.

The location is quite close to main attractions and the breakfast is beyond my expections, the buffet is really good. I really like the concept -boutique hotel vibe- and the service. Cava as a welcome drink or sweet jar in the looby are very nice touches. Only downside of the hotel is the room design. I’m an architect and stayed lots of similiar hotels with similiar room sizes around Europe but the layout and design of the room is not good enough for that price range. The hanger doesn’t fit in the wardrobe because it’s too narrow or there is no table or even a countertop to put something on. Same issue for the bathroom design. But being honest, the room is sporless clean and the bed is really comfortable.

Great location - within walking distance of the main sites, bars restaurants and cafes. The hotel was beautifully decorated. Was lovely having cocktails at the bar before heading back into town for tapas. The bed was very comfortable. We used the rooftop pool one afternoon and were lucky enough to get two loungers.

Our room was clean, tidy and bed was comfortable but was quite a small room with a windows overlooking an alley. Wasn’t an issue though as we spent most of our time out in the city or enjoying the other aspects the hotel had to offer.

We absolutely loved the hotel! It’s incredibly beautiful and stylish, and we were welcomed with some local Cava. The room had everything we needed: slippers, robes, toothbrushes, a comb, a razor, a shoe brush, and a shower cap. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The staff were extremely polite and friendly. We stayed in room 101. On the first day, there was a slight smell of sewage, but it disappeared afterward. The breakfasts were fantastic, with a wide variety of dishes that changed daily. Another highlight was that, despite visiting in December, the room was very warm. We didn’t need to use the air conditioning even once. It would sometimes turn on by itself, but I’m not sure how often. The temperature in the room was always perfect—not too hot or too cold. Ideal conditions!

The only downside for me was that the room was a bit dark. The window didn’t have much of a view (it faced an inner courtyard wall), so no sunlight came in. There were plenty of lamps in the room, but I still felt it wasn’t bright enough. However, this isn’t an issue if you’re only planning to sleep there!

The location of the hotel was perfect for sightseeing the city, not so far from "Seville-Cathedral", "Real de Alcazar" and "The Setas". However, Triana area was a bit further (30 minutes of walking). The bedrooms were very clean and the staff was super helpful and friendly. They give a lot of information when you arrive and if you need a taxi they can order it for you.

Our bedroom was on the small size. The swimming pool they have is small as well, so if you would like to swim a lot this may not be the best hotel for you.
