First to arrive by car, it is easy, same to leave again it is simple (as Sevilla is difficult to drive many narrow one-way streets), not to this hotel. We arrived at 12.30h and were nicely welcomed. We could put our luggage in the room immediately, floor was still wet from cleaning and smelling good. The hotel and reception area looked very clean. No lift, but not too high (2 floors?). Our room was on the ground floor, next to the street, not much noise at all. This was handy for us, as we have 2 big dogs, who are strong and could pull (we are in our 70th's). The garage is under the hotel, which is a big bonus for Sevilla, not to have to walk to get to some hotel-garage. No problem to pay the garage in cash (20€). The room is clean, not big, simple, with own bathroom. Good warm shower. The drains are smelly though, which you find in many old hotels in Sevilla. I suspected this and brought something smelling good with me, as well as a small travel water boiler, to make some tea. Our dogs slept very well, next to my bed on the wooden floor ( we brought their own blankets). The hotel is positioned in a very good area, nearby everything (always went on foot). So many bars, restaurants, café's. With our 2 dogs we walked on the river bed, there is greenery....but they came with us to all the many terrace's ( tapas bar's) and were excepted everywhere. We are very pleased with this hotel, very good positive balance between price and what the hotel offers, our dogs went for free. Garage 20€. Check-out is at 12.00 a.m., also a bonus. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Ideal location, 7 minutes walk to Plaza de Armas bus station, 15 minute walk to the old centre of Seville, Cathedral La Giralda, 8 mins to the river embankment, Bull ring. Friendly receptionist Marina, took the time to show us the local attractions and restaurant areas on a map. Clean and basic but Ideal for our stay, location, location we would book again.

Nothing really, ideal for a short stay, if you have an early bus to catch. The room we booked lacked comfort for an extended stay, could have done with coffee making facilities but then we booked on a budget, for the location.

The price is great for a centrally located hotel. A very easy 10 minute walk to the main area. Room was nice enough, on ground floor, next to front door of hotel, but not to noisy. The staff were very kind and helpful. There is a lovely place for breakfast just around the corner, 3 minute walk.

Parking is difficult, the hotel charge €20 euros a night to park, but you will be lucky to get a space. Maybe try and book it before you arrive. We used a car park that the hotel recommended. It’s worth contacting the hotel for that information as it’s €10 per 24 hours by the app if paid in advance

The location is great and very walkable to local attractions. The check in was swift. The room was clean and well appointed. There is a nice ambiance at this property. The room had both A/C and a fan. I had a good night's sleep. Check out was swift.

I was asked by staff to return my key before heading out during the day - I have not been asked previously to do this in any other properties I stayed in, and also wasn't told why I had to do this. The room I was in was small but had the basic necessities. I would advise that the soap/shampoo in the shower would be labelled as I was confused with what they were. I think some of the towels should be replaced as they seemed slightly worn.

The staff were incredibly helpful and kind, going above and beyond when I had an issue. The place was very clean, and the hotel offered great value for money

The room I stayed didn’t have a window to see outside but the corridor, despite of it , it didn’t disturb me.There weren’t any negative issues, my stay was entirely positive. Everything was spotless and comfortable.

the location was amazing! it was near for everything like markets, malls, restaurants and attractions.. if you love walking around the city, this is definitely perfect! the staff was very helpful and kind! and they did change my room from 3rd to lower. so for me! its good

aside from everything that was good for me, only a little bit of smell in the bathroom.

Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean room. Close to the centre and easy to walk to all places of interest. Parking on site was a definite plus.

As the hotel was in the centre, the nights were very noisy with people walking by and talking loudly outside our window. This was not the fault of the hotel. The bed was a bit soft so not very comfortable

After our GPS went crazy in the middle of the night, and we couldn't find the street, one of the staff members went to find us in the city and helped us navigate to the premises. Although he knew very little English and we didn't speak Spanish, we managed to communicate very well

In my opinion, the price of parking is a little too high. For this price there are garages that you can stay the whole day.

I was pleasantly surprised. Everything was very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and I felt completely safe throughout my stay. The location was also perfect—close to everything, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transport. It absolutely exceeded my expectations. Would definitely stay here again!

Great value for money, very good location close to the bus terminal and easy access to main touristic attractions by a short walk (15-20 min), comfortable bed. I had the room in the ground floor and was not disturbed with noise.

The property needs some small repairs, more visual stuff but nothing that disrupted my stay. The shower would not stand properly, I would also recommend changing the shower holder.
