Perfect location, 15 minutes walk into the historial centre and surrounding Triana also has plenty of places to eat and drink. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating and helped with the on-site parking. The room was clean and had everything required. Bed was huge and extremely comfortable.

The walls are very thin, we could hear our upstairs neighbours walking around in the evening, doors closing and toilets being flushed. Despite this, both of us slept very well so it was not too disturbing. A nice touch would be an extra couple of coffee capsules, and extra milk as it seemed rationed.

The staff at this hotel are wonderful, both those at the reception desk and housekeeping - nothing is too much trouble. They are very professional whilst being friendly and we felt very looked after. The room is light and airy and a good size, with a large comfy bed topped with great pillows and nice quality linen. The small roof top pool with sunbeds was great, with a nice bar area close by, and again good staff. The towelling slippers and the hair and toothbrushes were handy, and the bathroom is a reasonable size. The location is great but quiet.

The shower doors had to be handled gently so they didn't make too much noise, but not all other guests were as considerate - the room is not quite soundproof. The curtains are good but not completely black out.

We have stayed in the Triana district before so wanted to be outside of the business of the Old Town and this hotel was perfect. Staff were welcoming from the start and we had a great room on the 4th floor. Breakfast was plentiful and even my wife who cannot eat dairy was catered for with alternative milk and lots of options. The walk across the bridges each day was easy and allowed us to take in the city as a local, rather than a tourist. We loved the space in the room and it was so quiet we slept in most days which is rare for us.

A good city hotel located in a nice neighbourhood close to numerous tapas bars and restaurants and also Flamenco Theaters. Also the station for the hop on hop off bus is nearby. The city’s centre can be reached on foot.The staff was very friendly especially Ivan. Breakfast was very good and for us it was a bonus that it’s served until 11. The pool is on the roof and you have a view of the cathedral from there but the water was a bit too cold for us.

Loved the location of this hotel in the Triana neighbourhood; a good selection of bars and restaurants are a short walk away whilst the city centre is a pleasant 15 - 20 minute walk. A very clean, modern hotel with a fabulous rooftop pool and bar. On arrival the Receptionist was very welcoming and provided some useful recommendations of places to eat and drink nearby.

Only one disappointment; our airport taxi on leaving did not arrive and when we sought help from the Receptionist she would not assist as we had not booked the taxi through the hotel! Real shame as prior to this all staff had been exceptionally friendly and accommodating.

The hotel is lovely - modern and clean, and in an excellent location. The beds are huge and the bathroom very well provisioned with gorgeous toiletries. There is a coffee pod machine in the room and 2 pods provided per day, plus a bottle of still water on day 1. We particularly wanted a hotel with a rooftop bar and pool, and used both - 2 of us swimming even though it was March and chilly! The pool is lovely and the pool area a good size and would be great for a relax in between sightseeing if the weather was better. There are a number of restaurants in the Triana area, and we tried a few, one on the recommendation of the hotel. All meals were delicious and exceedingly good value. We did not eat in the hotel so cannot comment on the meals.

We could not find any English channels on the TV, which was disappointing for those of us who like to catch up on the news whilst getting ready, and the facility to cast from a device to the TV did not work for me. Sadly, the room was too hot for me to sleep well - I was told by Reception that the temperature is centrally controlled in the winter months (at 23/23.5 degrees) and cannot be adjusted with the thermostat in the room As someone who likes a cold room and a warm bed, this was a bit of a problem for me, although I was offered a fan. Opening the window did allow a bit of air but the hotel is on a street and can be noisy in the early hours.

Hotel was just 20 mins walk from the Cathedral in a nice quiet location in Triana. Our room was fabulous: extremely well appointed and equipped, large comfortable bed and TV. Excellent quality toiletries were provided incl. tootbrushes, hairbrush and slippers. Safe, coffee machine and bottles of water also provided free of charge. Breakfast was superb, as was was the roof top pool and solarium, which fantastic views across the river to the Cathedral, Bull Ring etc. Staff were very personable and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be going back.

The hot buffet was a bit on the cool side but as soon as I made the staff aware of this they attended to it.

We enjoyed a very special week in Seville and out stay at Monte Triana Hotel. The hotel is located in a quiet area just a 10-15 min walk over one of the bridges to the main centre and cathedral. There is a bus stop outside the hotel if you prefer. There are plenty of cafes, restaurants, pharmacies in Triana and a handy Carrefour express on the next block. Our room was quiet, beautifully clean and modern with a great bathroom and a walk-in shower. The buffet breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices and was meticulously replenished even at the busy times by the hardworking staff. Special mention goes to Eva and Cata who were very friendly. In fact all the staff at the hotel are very helpful and will take the time to make you feel extremely welcome. A big thank you also to Cris on reception for our conversations and sharing of local knowledge of Seville and especially regarding the “aniversario 25 de la Estrella”. We would 100% stay here again!

The friendly staff were always very helpful. The junior suite had an excellent amount of space for a two week stay. The bed was very comfortable and the view from the third floor towards the cathedral was lovely. Very varied buffet breakfast which was regularly maintained for freshness. The roof top pool was great to cool down when the temperature hit 38/40 degrees! We enjoyed the short walk from Triana across the river to see some of the historical sites. We took the bus to Cadiz, train to Cordoba, local bus to Italica, bus to Aracena(don't miss the caves). So much to see, filled our two weeks.
