Was a bit concerned about some of the less favourable reviews on this place , but I believe having met other guests here, that they may be related to stays booked in dorms. I had a twin room with en suite and was delighted . Great to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room and it was quiet at night . ( I had street facing room with floor to ceiling window doors).Breakfast included was a bonus.

The cheapest of cheap sliced pre wrapped ‘cheese’ and formed ‘ham’ slices let it down. Spend a little more money, or do pastries instead and the whole stay would have been perfect !

I loved the colorful entrance, Location central, staff could speak English and tried to help, my room was on ground floor for my leg condition so it was but noicy yet was clean and ok. A good value for money

Breakfast was very limited options only bread and cheese and I'm diabetic so I wished to find more salads not just tomatoes and wished there was any variation not everyday of the same items. Yet after all it was a very good value for money. And having free tea and coffee was great but I needed some milk to be able to drink the coffee

- position (central, but quiet) - very friendly and helpful 0-24 costumer service - clean and nice room with own bathroom - comfortable and clean shared areas (terrace+big colourfoul armchairs) - tea in the room - cleaning service only when you want - suggestions of places, cafes, restaurants in the dining room's wall - good price/value ratio

- poor breakfast (but close to cafes, eg. La Mala Brunch Rivero, I recommend it) - very thin walls (you can hear when somebody brush her/his teeth :D ) - very weak water pressure in the shower - no chair in the room - soft bed and pillows - no bathroom cabinet

Location is so nice. Luckily I got triple room for only myself, which was too wide for me + with everything being provided. I found the room very clean. Receptionists were kind and available at early hours when I arrived. They helped me with baggage storage till check in. There was no noise even though it was located in the Main Street. Definitely worth for what I’ve paid. I’d be back again with pleasure :)

Breakfast was simple, so I went for outside one. No elevator. The main gate of the hotel could be hard to find for the first trial, it’s located behind the shops and map can be misleading. I found a dead insect in the room, but not a big deal.

The room was really good, spacious and comfy. For the price it was a good offer. The location is great and they have 24-hour reception. The room hat functioning aircon.

The breakfast was a joke. There's toast, ham, the cheapest cheese in single-use-plastic, jam and butter also in single-use-plastic and tomatoes and oranges. Good luck looking for vegetables and fruits and vegans can't really eat anything other than the tomatoes. The room where you eat breakfast was very small and tight. The rooftop also wasn't as beautiful as it looked in the photos. The staff was nice, but I've stayed in accommodations with nicer staff. When I arrived, I found a dead mosquito in the bed. These are the reasons why I couldn't give 10.

Excellent pension that is in the city centre in a side alley off the main shopping plaza so it is quiet. The rooms are simple but comfortable and good value for money. I had a strong air conditioner, TV and kettle in my room. Bed was comfortable. Towels and toiletries are provided. Breakfast was basic and same every day (tea, coffee, toast bread, jam, basic cereal, ham, cheese and tomatoes) but it was fine for me. Apparently there are dorms in the hotel but I wouldn't have known as it was very quiet. I would definitely stay here again!

Wifi didn't work on the top floor in my room, so I had to come downstairs to use it. Not a huge deal but just would be nice if it worked in the room.

The location is more than ideal, it is in the center of the city and everything is in a walking distance! The room was very nice and comfortable for two person. Free coffee all day long. The rooftop is great as well. The staff was helpful and friendly, they speaking english as well. Aircondition in the room was working well. Highly recommended for everyone!

I spent 3 nights here last summer thats why I booked again. The only thing what changed is the breakfast... last year was much more, you could choose from different things. This year it was pretty basic. Bread, ham and cheese only, coffee and water only. No tomato no orange juice no croissants...

I was hesitating to book this place after reading certain reviews but the price was way too competitive and I only stayed for one night in a single room with private bathroom so I thought it could not be that bad and what a surprise ! I honestly don’t understand what people expect sometimes when booking at a good value hostel. As soon as I arrived the staff was nice and helpful. The room was clean with AC. Location amazing. Free breakfast. Coffee and tea available all day. Free luggage storage. There’s a rooftop but it was too hot to chill out there. So I’m not sure what’s the situation regarding shared bedroom but I’m sure if you pay really cheap you can’t expect much right?

The doors are thin so rooms not 100% soundproofed but it didn’t bother me too much.

Amazing location, especially for the price! Private bathroom (and lockers) in every room, as well as on every floor. Very kind staff, free breakfast, towels changed very often and everything is quite clean.

The amenities and rooms are quite old (but clean) with no electric socket near the top bunk bed, as you have to bend down a little bit and use the same one as the person on the bottom bunk. Not very social, which was a slight negative for me, but can be a positive for someone wanting a quiet, peaceful stay:)

The location is close to the city centre but quiet and not noisy and pretty close to the main bus station. The facilities are good, especially the WiFi and meeting room/dining room, and the lobby is fancy. The breakfast is good and abundant. The staff are friendly and helpful. They provide luggage room, so that we can leave our luggage while we're moving around the city.

The dormitory room is quiet small and not all the bunk beds have electricity socket.
