We booked this hotel to meet friends arriving at Madrid-Barajas airport early next morning The room was spacious, clean and conveniently located near the RENFE station as well as the Torrejon town. Lots of restaurants nearby for dining.

We wanted to got to the airport on Wednesday morning and the hotel claimed in Booking.com that it has a transfer service available to the Madrid-Barajas airport. Unfortunately the hotel reception denied they offered such service. The 824 bus service to the airport is unreliable and after waiting for over an hour at the bus stop although the schedule says there is one, I called for a taxi. Taxi costs around EUR20.

I like that the train station is only 5 min walk to the hotel, i like also the view bec we stayed in the 7th floor, All the receptionists who attended us are jolly n nice.

I went to gym , the machines are not fuctioning well like the Treadmill.. And we stayed 3 nights n 2 days, the last day , we didn’t receive bottled water and we received toilettries once during our stay.

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, and the location was convenient. The breakfast was a bit pricey, but it was the best option in the area.

The only issue was when I arrived late at night and found the door closed. Although I tried to open it with my room card, the staff member on duty attempted to explain how to open the door instead of simply opening it for me. It was clear that there was a problem with the door.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean and very comfortable. They let me borrow a phone charger and gave me hot water for my cold medicine after a long day in the rain.

I would have been happy to have a cup of coffee without having to pay a full breakfast in the morning. This made us go out.

A great hotel in an excellent location for access to Madrid centre. All local amenities and easy access to the buses and railway station. The Hotel was excellent with all modern amenities and friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely use again if needed to visit Madrid but not require city centre location or prices!

All was excellent.

The food quality for breakfast was excellent, however the cooked food was not kept hot let alone warm. Having collected our serving I asked for the plates to be micowave heated. All it did was to warm the plate and cause water to be released into the selection on the plate. The warming tray intended to keep the serving pots hot was hardly warm to the touch, We were limited to just a cold breakfast.

Everything about this hotel is fantastic. Variety of food to choose from. Walking distance to the metro station. Next to lots of restaurants. I really recommend it to anyone who think of visiting Barcelona. The young lady called Didi was very nice, she helped me when I asked help on how to travel to Barcelona by train. I will definitely comeback to this hotel

The fact that they didn’t put coffee/tea in the room

Everything was great 😊 we had an amazing week. The room was clean,spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was really good, there was plenty of fruits,cheese, cornflakes, yogurt, juices, bread,different types of milk,coffee and tea, even halal turkey. We enjoyed the stay in asset and we are planning on going back some day. A big thanks to the team 🫶🏻

The Hotel is located in Torrejon de Ardoz which is from Madrid International Airport forward with respect the City of Madrid. However, as the hotel is right close to the Torrejon Train Station, it is very easy to get to Madrid Atocha within 30/40 minutes and with an expense less then 7 euro for the return ticket. The room ( I took the business room) are big, with a very comfortable bed, and clean. The staff at the reception is pleasant and supportive. there is also the free shuttle to/from the airport and from the major company premises of the area. The breakfast is good.

Just a small episode, where during the night I didn't find the TV remote control and the reception was not able to give me another one until the day after when the cleaning service replace it.

Location right next to a train station was fantastic. I was able to travel with easy and without worrying about getting back. The room was clean and spacious. Best of all, I loved the bed! It was extremely comfortable, didn't want to get out, I slept well every night.

I didn't like that there was limited viewing on the TV. Would have also enjoyed the option of making myself tea/coffee in my room. Also it would have been good to have option of of a fridge with goods to purchase
