Ecuador is a lovely apartment complex with a great location.

I think the Ecuador should stress when people are booking that not all apartment have lifts or walk in showers as most people like us just assume that these facilities are there. We were on fourth floor and found it very difficult to get cases up stairs and down stairs. As we are aged over sixty having to step into a bath to have a shower was difficult as there was no safety handle rails on bath wall for assistance.

Couldn't fault the hotel, would 100% recommend. We stayed for 11 nights with our 1 year old and it met all our needs, it was quiet and the staff were very accommodating - for example they were happy to clean the room outside of his nap time, small but considerate and my parents in law's flight was cancelled due to the electricity outage and the hotel rearranged tneir stay at no extra cost. The location is perfect with less than 5 mins walk to beach and another 5 mins to Lidl in opposite direction.

Two small considerations, the wind blew the umbrellas over on two occasions which could have been dangerous. WiFi is generally decent but not in all locations, especially the further you are from reception.

I was sceptical at first based on some of the reviews. We were a group of 16 adults travelling for a family party. The receptionist was very patient and helpful. The studio apartments were perfect for all of us. The lift was easily accessible with only one small flight of stairs to access it. The whole complex was spotlessly clean at all times. The location of the apartments is absolutely ideal to the beach, bars, shops and restaurants. Pool area was great with plenty of beds and was cleaned every morning. As Torremolinos is a place I visit regularly I would definitely stay here again. Great value for money. NOT FOR YOUNG AND LIVELY STAY - noise is not tolerated.

I'm sure hotel cleaning personnel knew why we were there. We had long nights, and in the first few days cleaning ladies woke us up and when asked to come later, answer was impossible. When festival was over, they came in the afternoon. Annoying. Also Deluxe room meant 4th floor with no elevator. Well,we got good cardio... We stayed 9 nights, room was cleaned daily and towels changed but not bed sheets, even once. So after few days, sweatty sheets... Other than cleaning daily, I actually don't know what was the deluxe we paid for. And BTW beds had memory mattresses, but it had somebody elses memories in it. It had a depression in the middle... Not very deluxe.

These apartments are in a great location, central to everything. Seafront, shops, restaurants, bars minutes away. It is a quiet complex which suited perfectly, no food or bar so not suitable for crowds of young people. Staff were friendly and helpful and apartment was spotless. I had the superior studio which was spacious with plenty of storage. I would stay there again on next holiday in Torremolinos

Only issue here is there is no lift to lower floors . Studios are on the 5th floor which did have a lift but luggage had to be pulled up and down 6 steps to get into lift. There was a group of us so we could help each other , but it would've been very difficult otherwise. Maybe if those steps could be removed and a ramp installed might resolve this.

Group floor apartment, straight out onto the pool area, comfortable beds, sofa bed not so good , our 10 year old felt all the springs throu the very thin mattress, ended up just sleeping on top of the sofa cushions, adults would not be able to sleep on the sofa bed.

Good location and good quality/price ratio and overall a good experience. I lked having a balcony on a studio flat as it was a perfect place to enjoy morning coffee and breakfast.

Needs small improvements and have weird beds on some plastic legs that are no longer that stable which made me feel like they will colapse any moment and I am on the light side. Also not very good sound isolation towards coridor and late night comers waked me up constantly.

We stayed in apartment 205 which has a balcony overlooking the pool area. The apartment is spacious and clean with a basic kitchen and bathroom. There is plenty of space on the balcony, with the sun there until late. The apartments are centrally located and within a short walk to the promenade. Torromelinos and Benalmadena are a short walk away. There is a supermarket a minutes walk across the road.

The bathroom has a very old shower system over the bath. There are no rails to hold on to for stability and for climbing in and out. I would imagine people who aren't able bodied would struggle to get in and out of the shower safely. To access the lift to the second floor you have to climb a flight of stairs to get to it.

location, cleanliness, air conditioning, ground floor directly opposite the pool. This gave us peace of mind with the children. Easy access, surrounded my supermarkets for the essentials. Personal opinion, but we loved the fact that there was no bar attached to the complex. No messiness in terms of people been loud and under the influence.

Was a little dissatisfied with what we felt was quite a smart comment from one of the staff around a facility they had advertised on there website. When we questioned it, someone sent back a smart comment via Booking.com. We didn’t respond as we prefer not to get into childish texts.

We stayed in a one bedroom deluxe apartment, it was renovated so it was so clean, modern and roomy. Everything you need if you want to stay in and cook. Also great area to stay in, so close to the marina. I have stayed in many hotels/apts in Torremolinos but this is my favourite now.

The only thing I would recommend is maybe a mirror in the bedroom, only one mirror which was in the bathroom so not very ideal for 2 women
