Friendly helpful staff, very clean and comfortable pillows and mattresses.

We stayed there as they advertised a free shuttle to the airport and we had an early flight. To discover that they only offered this from midday. We would have stayed somewhere else which does offer free shuttle morning and afternoon. This is false advertising. They also offer a buffet breakfast. No such thing was available. This is not what we would expect from a four star hotel and I think those two very important things would take them down to a three star establishment?

We booked our stay at the hotel through Booking.com, and overall, it had some highlights but also some disappointments. The girl at the front desk during check-in was really nice—she was very helpful and friendly, which was a big plus for our experience. Unfortunately, the food wasn’t great. The desserts were really nice, and the entrée was okay, but the main dish was disappointing. My husband ordered lamb chops, and they were overcooked—probably reheated—and as hard as leather. He mentioned it to the lady serving us, but she didn’t react at all, which wasn’t very nice. On the positive side, the room was nice and very clean, with everything we needed, including a nice shower and a comfortable bed.

The location was good, local, cheap, people were very friendly, the hotel was very good, stuff friendly, helpful, the bar tenders were very nice and friendly, Our room was 315, and it was a very good room. The showers were very big, the bed was big and comfortable, the housekeeping looked after our room she didn't speak English but her smile and kindness and friendly, , we enjoyed our stay, next time we'll book the same hotel company in different places...

On the information said they have solarium but we asked reception and other members of stuff and they all told us it doesn't exist, we even looked for ourselves, so maybe they should change it from the info

Very convenient location - close to the airport, walking distance to the supermarket & various restaurants. Located next to the main road but windows nicely sealed out the outdoor noise. Hotel offers paid underground parking but there are many free-of-charge parking spots by the streets (in November it was super easy to find a spot close to the hotel entrance). Spacious & well-maintained room with comfortable bed & clean bathroom. Delicious breakfast, huge variety of food. Very friendly staff taking care of the breakfast.

Second time we spent several nights at this hotel. The room is well kept, with very comfortable beds, sheets are renewed after 3 days, daily cleaning of the room. In January you do not need the airco but sleeping with an open window is hindered by traffic noise, which is least in the early hours. Overall spacious feeling in the hotel, the entrance hall, the breakfast hall, and the corridors, high ceiling in the room and spacious cupboard and bathroom. Good coffee from a machine at breakfast. The hotel has a favourbale location close to the GC-1.

Though there is enough variation, we think the presentation of the breakfast could do with some refinement, for example the eggs and bacon are always cold, and the 'charcuterie' is put on a plate without separating the slices; a lot of people are sharing the breakfast hall so there is always spilled food which is to be taken with a spoon out of a big pot (several kinds of cereals)

Ample supply of tea/coffee in room. Comfortable beds and nice practical bathroom. Shuttle bus to airport was an unexpected bonus

Reception staff didn,t exactly make us feel welcome on arrival,with very little interaction or pleasantaries.Bottled water in room reqd a bottle opener which we couldn,t find? Firstly a call, then a visit down to reception, before its 'hiding place' was eventually explained to us. Location maybe obvious to staff but not to a first time guest...

Very nice hotel, very clean, and the cleaning ladys are very friendly and helpful. Food was good, and free shuttle bus was very comfortable.

If you like silence, not a good choice. Sound izolation was awful. If you unlucky and your neigbours are a bit full, your are going to hear everything. And in the morning you are going to wake up from sounds of everyone on 7.30. Even snorking in another room. The pool is ice cold, so for child it was a big dissapointment. Room card doesn’t work several times, so we have to go back and forward to reception. Was irritating.

The hotel is very clean, quiet, and perfect for someone who wants to relax, the staff are very helpful, the food is very good, and the area around the hotel is perfect, everything is around you! This was my second time there, and will always be the first to look at when I plan my next trip

The breakfast is rich, with so many options for everyone. The hotel is overall a good option, more suitable for business purposes, but if you're in vacation and you have a car, it's fine to stay here too. Very clean hotel and also the staff is there to help you anytime you need.

The hotel is pretty far away from beach options.

Hotel is conveniently located for travelers, as it is only a 10-minute drive from the LPA airport. It's also next to a large shopping center, Atlántico, with many shops and restaurants, and is near public transport links. It also has a complementary bus shuttle from and to the airport. Terrific value for money!
