Location very central and easy transport network Most staff were really helpful Breakfast was really good, good selection and could order alternative specific food

We booked a superior room as it was advertised as having a terrace and soundproofing. This was not the case. There are so few rooms with terraces. Breakfast room was very pleasant and efficient. Although at busy times when there was a function on and new waitresses they were a little too efficient eg we had a full cup of tea, water and orange juice on our table, when we went to order an omelette the table was all cleared

We were staying in Vitoria-Gasteiz as my partner was competing in the Ironman triathlon. The staff were so helpful and flexible and made a possible hectic stay go smoothly! They opened breakfast at 5am on the day of the event so that all athletes/supporters could enjoy some food before the race, they were also super helpful when it came to storing luggage (as you can imagine we had a lot!). The rooms were clean and comfortable and the hotel is in a great location, only a few minutes walk from the Center of Vitoria. The hotel is a very short walk from the train station even with cases. It is located on the edge of a park but very close to the city centre. You are warmly welcomed and the room was lovely overlooking the park with all modern facilities including a very good bathroom with excellent products provided in the dispensers. There is a very pleasant foyer in which to sit and plan and breakfast is in a very airy room and is of an exceptional quality. Vitoria is a small but lively city. It is very green with lots of parks and squares. There are very good tapas bars and wonderful wines at incredibly reasonable prices. It is easy to reach by train and we would have liked to stay a few more days.

Only, that we should have stayed longer but will return.

Very good location, very clean & modern hotel, friendly staff, well equipped room.

if I have to comment it would be on the lifts, 10 storey hotel, 2 lifts, long waits at busy times if you are on a high floor with luggage. Parking garage was full on arrival, you can't pre book although there is a car park 5 mins walk away, very secure and cheaper than the hotel if you pay up front!

The location was fabulous opposite the park and close to the centre. The breakfast was really good and the parking on site.

There was an unusual smell in the room and I didn’t like twin beds. I had been sent an email and pre check in and asked for one double bed. I also had an email asking if I wanted to upgrade which was pointless as there was no availability

We were given a room on 8th floor with an amazing view of the cathedral and park below, so we were grateful for that! It's in a really good spot on the SW side of the town so easy to drive to and from. The room was a good size, with a fridge (no kettle!) and good bathroom. Really nice staff.

The beds were a bit hard for our liking, but that is always a very personal thing.

Didn't realize that parking was not free, and quickly filled up. The staff were very helpful in suggesting nearby options which have an online booking option as well

The location is really good- the main pedestrian street is reachable in 5 minutes walking to the right side of the main entrance and the old center is less than 10 minutes straight ahead of the door. If you know the noise at the center on a Saturday night, you will not want to stay any nearer. Hotel was luxurious and room very comfortable with a view to the garden. Air conditioning control indicated temperature, even if not digitally. The door to the room bath and toilet was solid and closing with a solid "clunk", just the way I like for full privacy. There was a BATHTUB (top pleasure for me) and you could take, either a bath, or a shower. This is probably because the building was from a time when one could still take a bath in a hotel. Personnel at reception was impeccably polite and helpful. Breakfast very good.

This is a town where most travelers are Spanish and therefore go by car. Nowadays the garage is too small (we actually got one of the last two places). Even though the hotel rooms and restaurant do not show their age, the garage does show its age and needs maintenance and painting. Worse, in the far end where I parked my car the floor was dirty and knowing how impeccably clean the hotel is, it was as if the garage was not part of the premises.

We loved the hotel

We forgot a coat inside the room, we called the hotel a couple of hours after we left the hotel and they’ve told us they were going to call us back the day after. They never did it so we called them again and they replied answering the coat was not there. We didn’t feel they took this issue seriously

Very nice rooms (mine was a bit small but it was nicely furnished) parking is expensive at 19 euros and dog charge of 25 I find extremely high. This is my 9th stay in NH hotels and won't return. But otherwise good

Parking garage extremely small and 19 euros Dog charge 25 euros. I stayed in 2 hotels on the way from Switzerland both 5 stars and dog charge was 12 euros in both
