The fact that the room didn't have a tube.

Check-in through automated Kiosk. Stay was easy and smooth. Plenty of car parking outside in the street.

Noise from the outside was easily noticed. The bed wasn't comfortable. No staff at the reception desk.

location was perfect for us as we needed to be this side of the city. Clean, basic and value for money for an overnight stay

Poor staff attention. No one to assist. No soap. I requested and booked one bed for two but they gave me two small beds

Bath wasn't really a bath you could not sit in it without knees up more like a big sink shower was tiny, bed was dirty, no staff to check in

Some difficulty to use the automatic check in machine. Bathroom poorly clean. No soap at the bathtub

No staff! The LOUDEST place I have ever stayed hands down, when I called the number for the hotel talk to somebody they tried blaming me saying I should have contact somebody which that's what I was doing they also lied to me and told me they were gonna call me right back and they never did this went on for three days any message they send to me they don't reply to when I respond to them the bedding was filthy the bathroom was disgusting they claimed that it is non-smoking but the entire property absolutely stinks of smoke especially the bed when you have to put your head down on it the cleaning lady walked into my room twice without knocking then when they did knock I asked what and they don't reply the third one they bang and slam doors non-stop all night long and including during the day when the cleaning person shows up in the morning they're slamming doors non-stop this is the worst place I have ever stayed in my life avoid this property at all costs they are the most rude ignorant disrespectful bunch of Lying people you'll ever deal with in your life it absolutely stinks beyond belief you will not get any sleep and they will lie to you non-stop and try to blame you for all the problems

Room smelt like smoke, towels smelt like smoke, took us an hour to get access to the property via the automated access system. It wouldn’t give us our access because the machine was jammed and staff knew about it and just didn’t feel like coming to fix the issue
