Clean. Nicely decorated. Very good bed. Huge TV. Next to underground car park, five minutes from centre of historic old town. (car park secure but expensive)

It was a little tight for space

Beautiful terrace views of Vitoria! Cute decor inside and easy access to nearby bars and restaurants.

A little tiny!

Despite facing a busy street, the room met the soundproofing test. There was no staff at the hotel but everything worked very well via WhatsApp (even a last minute appointment for a car park). The comfort of the beds was memorable. The location was not far from the main area to visit.

Beware of the stairs! Nothing wrong with it, just difficult if you have a lot of baggage.

Very comfortable firm bed, the room is clean and modern. We checked in with a code without meeting anyone, which was a bit anonymous but worked out fine.

The hotel contacted me via WhatsApp to ask for my data, which I don’t appreciate.

Location is great, but there are no place to leave your car for downloading.

No lift. If you’re at the upper level it’s tough.

Great location, nice room, comfy bed Parking arrangement with Indigo Amarika, just opposite the hotel (12€/24h) very comfortable Great eateries just around (perretxico for pintxos and new classic, literally next door for coffee). Very good communication with hotel staff per WhatsApp

When we returned late evening there was a bit of bad smell coming from the bathroom (didn't feel it in the morning), fortunately the room had windows on two sides so freshing up wasn't that difficult.
