This stay was part of a last minute trip through the nearby airport, where prices were better than from other airports. The hotel is a 20 minute walk from the bus station and a nice 2 hour Sunday morning walk to the airport. In February 2024, I could stay for EUR 55, whereas the comfort provided is a class higher than what I usually book. The wifi was good, as were the other facilities. I especially liked being able to adjust the shower to my height (I am tall).

Because of the time of arrival,I was expecting to check in with the terminal, but the friendly receptionist was still available. However she wanted to make a photocopy of my Identity card, for some odd reason, even though I had already booked and reserved through booking.com . It is illegal to store this type of information, but fortunately she could work around it. The wifi password was not on display in the room, so I had to go back to the reception to get it.

We have been to this hotel several times. It was good as always. Staff is very helpful and the rooms are fine. We had a breakfast - it was good.

AC in the room was blowing but although we put on the low temprature the air was hot so it was hard to sleep as it was to warm in the room.

Great location for us, with parking for a small fee (however, we parked in the street around the corner as we were in a camper van that was too tall for the underground car par a plenty of spaces available). Rooms were clean had everything you need (and a powerful shower) and the staff were very helpful and attentive. We booked a few hours before our arrival (long story!) but they were able to provide two rooms next to each other with the bed configuration we would have ideally liked and were happy to allow our dog at no cost. So helpful and accommodating, we will be staying here again. For any dog owners - there is loads of green space around nearby to walk your dog - any direction you go and a number of bars, restaurants, supermarkets etc

The staff was so nice and helpful! We came with 2 dogs and a cat. We arrived late and needed a parking space to not have to unload the whole car. Even though we arrived late after the reception was closed the staff arranged for us so we could get access and use the garage parking of the hotel! I can really recommend this hotel!

Sadly some hotel guest before us had smoked in the hotel room. So there was a smell of smoke.

This is a grand hotel from a past era, not one of your chain modern hotels. In truth the hotel has seen better days, but it's idiosyncratic nature is what I most like about it. Large rooms with well appointed bathrooms, plenty of power outlets. Location was excellent and within walking distance of the sights and some good restaurants. Staff were very polite and professional.

Could have done with a little more scrubbing, but tolerable.

Great value for money, pet friendly, conveniently situated, comfy bed and pillow, underground parking.

The amenities were basic, but for us, travelling with our cat, it was sufficient. The car park was a little gloomy but was underneath hotel and felt safe enough.

The hotel is pet friendly and no extra charges are applied which is something very rare in Spain and just for that I think it is great. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. We stayed for one night as we were on route to Portugal. I would definitely advise it.

Excellent customer service, great staff, room attendant was top rate and did a superb job of cleaning the room.

The breakfast could have been better, it was ok but very basic for the cost.

The environmen is so beautiful, clean, and quiet. the hotel is sorrounded by nice edifice, easily accessible. the room is so spacious,clean, and comfortable.

The air condition did not work properly, the room was vey hot. but the hotel was good.

The girl on duty when we arrived was very welcoming and kind. It was so nice as we had dogs with us and there was no problem. I will definitely use again and recommend to friends.
