Friendly, helpful staff from desk clerk, maintenance, cleaning and breakfast. Considerate & pleasant

On second floor with pets. Due to using Booking.com. My room assignment could not be changed, although ground floor rooms were available. Difficult for senior with small dogs & having had heart surgery to manage stairs, carrying luggage & pets on stairs.

Breakfast was great. Coffee is delicious 😋 The cleaning staff was great. Went out of their way to help us out. One of the only spots in Casa Grande that accepts pets and not charging outrageous fees. I absolutely love that. Extended our stay with no hassle. Definitely gonna be the place to stay each time we visit our family here.

Just need a bit upgrade on the showe, is my only real dislike. We love a good shower.

Breakfast was great. Very friendly staff. I loved the fact that we could park our rental in front of our unit. Hot breakfast and coffee were much appreciated. Loved the pool. Loved the location.

The gym didn't have any well-working equipment so I had to resort to daily walking. But that too was okay. Good terrain to walk.

My room was comfortable and the bed was very comfortable. I appreciated the black-out shades that kept the room dark so I could sleep in. Room was quiet. Appreciated the pet friendly policy.

We were able to have early checkin. All three desk clerks we saw were over the top friendly and helpful Beds very comfortable

Sweep under the stairs outside room 100. Cigarette butts and debris looks like it’s been there for months

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The lady at reception was very friendly and welcoming. My husband loved the 'all you can eat' bacon at breakfast.

Overall very happy with our stay- no complaints!

I love it here I always feel safe and they go above and beyond to accommodate to my needs and the breakfast is excellent the lady ther always greets you with smile and that ther make my day :)

Staff was friendly, great location. Wonderful breakfast buffet. Room was large and bed was comfy. Nice bathroom.

Furniture was a little worn but clean and comfortable. I think they could use a better maintenance person, some of the items that had been fixed were not done in a professional manner.
